who is defining the criteria?
just me,
very good point… some people just don’t know better or perhaps are “simple.”
In my humble opinion,
I always felt that tznius is a personal thing as long as your skirt is knee length and your elbows are covered your getting credit for dressing modestly. Everything else should be dependent on the persons religious level and Hashem knows when your faking it and when you know its too tight…If your really doing the right thing Hashem will protect you from anything bad people will say about you.
