Its all how you feel and a lot of people unfortunately feel that way when it comes to doing Mitzvos . With all do respect your feelings are misplaced. If your kids are feeling like nebs its rubbing off from you be mechazek yourself in limud hatorah Lishma Besimcha and you perception will change.

I WOULD RATHER BE A NEB AND BE WITH THE TORAH THAN CHS VESHALOM LEHEPOCH.

And Hagbah is respectfull because you could show everyone how strong you are.

“Garbage” for doing a Mitzva. Please put you pride in the back seat the Torahs pride is more important.Show your kids the beauty of the mitzvah, learn it with them inside so they grow up being mechavev the Helige Torah velomdeha. Run to do it like its the best thing( even though it feels degrading) the outside will be meorer the pnimious and it will be a great example for your kids. They should grow up to be big Talmidei Chachomim.

I’m a Sofer So its my tendency to watch people as they put on their teffilin. As a Sofer I am more aware of these issues.

There is always the question should I bother him should I tell him that his Tefillin are crooked or his Retzua is upside down or its on top of his shirt. I try to let the YT prevail and I help a Friend.

And how many people RCHMN’L think they are putting on Tefilin everyday when in fact their tefilin are posul or they are just not putting it on correctly something I see everyday on the Shel Yad when you pull the retzua if your shirt gets stuck or if the retzua is turned upside down lechoira your not Yotzai tefilin.

To my dear friend, “jewish source”, with all due respect….

BEKOL ROM does NOT mean screaming you way through Pesukei Dezimrah and Shema – show me in Halacha that you are supposed to do that.

Everyone will agree that BEKOL ROM means davening out loud – loud enough at a comfortable level for all those surrounding you. So, screaming during davening shows that he is more important than those around him.

Say what you want, we lost our proper davening over the years.

by chasidim Stolin Square Visnitz by the sefardim Taymonim they know how to daven.

most litvishe shuls the first question is,

when is borchu? for heavens sake what happend to PSD betzibre davening geshmack.

and guess what nobody is ready for SHME together ! you know why ? I will tell you Because nobody davenes together loud.. bottom line you lost the art of davening. GO LEARN HOW TO DAVEN

I Agree with you till this point …. A SHUL IS MEANT TO DAVEN IN yes and people that come to shul and mumble to themselves the davening! that’s not the proper way of tefillah. PSDZ till shema and tefillah is supposed to be BEKOL ROM. If it bothers you that means you are not davening. Se haist nisht gedavent

You guys are not doing any justice sending people to these websites.

Read the reviews. How many patients (yes patients because these are your eyes not something you play with)got the wrong PD, Vertical Prism, badly fitted, never received their order,I’ve heard of allot of bad stories of glasses not fitting properly the years of discomfort Headaches , do you know how many people would be saved from headaches everyday if only the eye-wear was chosen by a professional Licensed optician and fitted properly. Its a trade that takes years to prefect.

Honor the local stores they send their kids to the same schools you do give tzedaks to the same organizations you do.

It might cost a little more but you are getting value and the money gets circulated

Rabbi Yisroel Dovid Webster, Dayan, Yeshiva Emek Halacha. His answer is as follows: Many Rabbanim hold that it is not Tzniusdik for a woman to nurse in public. Of course, there are times when one cannot help it, but a mother has to consider that before she leaves her home. She has to do some planning before she takes the baby out. If she must nurse, it must be done in the most Tzniusdik fashion possible. If she is in a store why, she should try to go to the bathroom, or some other secluded place. If it is a store that caters just to women, then it might not be necessary to go into the bathroom. In a more public place, such as a restaurant, it would completely unacceptable to nurse in public. Some women may not care, but really, it is not Tzniusdik. I do not believe it is something our grandmothers ever did. Yes, there is attire available, however, that is because today we have no morals and everything goes. According to this reasoning if society would create attire for a married couple to have marital relations in public, would we than condone it and say that it should be permissible? I do not think so and feel it is the same in this case.

Nursing in public or even in front of other children is wrong and against halacha . It is something you do in private, a time to bind with your child. Unfortunately we are becoming more and more desensitized to these so called Women issues in general.Using the bathroom is something you have to do and some people feel the need to do it in public.Yet the Torah teaches us Tznius and there is a Whole siman In SA about it.

I am a store owner of high end product so my store is not always with many people, at least on three or four different occasions woman while talking to me in front of my face start nursing their babies. USID LITEN ES HADIN

I think the idea is simple, if the Rabanim would assur “any” hair showing, then women would take it too far IE cleaning for Pesach. In truth its impossible to cover all hair unless you would shave it off, now that’s not what most of us do. so the Rabanim gave us a geder because Lo nitnah Torah lemalachei hashares and its an inevitable situation that a lady faces every single second. If not for the specific amount that R Moshe ZTL said then we would go back to the days in Europe where many did not cover there hair CHAS VESHALOM

Why then does the Gemara tell us how the Torah is so careful what words it uses, Loshon Nekia.
