Whoa. Don’t get worried. It’s highly unlikely that camp is closing. They would have told the staff and they haven’t. The new owners put a lot of money into the camp to enhance it, not to close it down. Each division was privileged to have new additions added – water park – paddle boats – kayaks – game room – water slide – rock climbing wall – aviary – etc. No one pours money into a camp like that if the intention was to close it down. Summer 2010 was fantastic and 2011 will be even better. It’s entirely possible that the office will have a new location and the applications will be sent from there. I would sit tight and keep your eyes open. I’m sure now that the yomim tovim are over there will be ads in the paper, and probably you will get your applications in the mail shortly.
