it can be tough when coming out of high school and turning 18. life seems to come and stare you in the face at times when your out of school, it all works out. Its normal to be nervous no one knows whats there for them. njoy it especially in seminary. your still carefree. njoy and happy birthday to those who r turning 18. and to those who r having or had a birthday this year.

EFT is a great thing found to be very successful does not delve in to the past it works with you and its not an on going “therapy” it works. If your interested i can give you number of a frum lady who does it. she is really great. and it really works

Walk in the street. Or extremely slow especially when walking on snow or ice. Snow is Muktza on shabbos unless there is no place to walk except on it.(not sure exactly, thats what i have heard)

valid point of making sure to have food and drinks ppl. who r babysitting needs food and stuff to nosh on. and alo open the closed packages b-4 you leeve. bec. they feel to shy to open something new.
