Ubiq -“not only can I be wrong. In this thread I have provided real examples of where I was wrong . So yes while rare it does happen and I readily admit when it does”
When I said never – it was an exaggeration! So I want to you to admit that you’re wrong in this case!
“However you have stated
“Btw, I personally don’t care about my privacy, but YWN does!
If they changed the rules and e/o posted their real name, I would too!”
you made several other comments indicating you dont mind if I figure the case.”
I don’t mind if a few people know my SN’s real name, but I really don’t want it to be public knowledge.
I’ll repeat my previous post – “I won’t give you the name of the other party because like you wrote – “(google is your friend)”, not just you, but anybody that reads YWN will know my name! I’m not going to be ONE of the first guys (for the Mods comment) that e/o knows my name!
September 2, 2016 4:58 pm at 4:58 pm in reply to: Reminder! Do not leave kids locked in cars #1177247HealthParticipantDY -“I will quote one line from the site, which I think is relevant to this discussion, and even more so to some of the disturbingly ignorant comments on the YWN news article.
“…blaming them only deepens the heart-rending impact of these incidents for families who are already overwhelmed by guilt and grief.”
I agree! But why isn’t there a Kol Koray about products like BabyAlert.info? Everyone should own one! And No, I’m not a distributor.
HealthParticipantUbiq -“”Just because you and your law buddies can’t find it, doesn’t mean it’s not there!!!”
“True. But like I said, I dont know how to find secret courtcases. Just becasue nobody can find the loch ness monster doesnt mean it isnt there either.”
Your implication that I don’t have a court case and is like the Lochness monster is extremely hilarious!
“I wont ask you, becasue I already know! ITs becasue you are so nice (A quick google search turned uo this “I’m way too nice!” No need to ask what I already know.)”
Again your implication that I don’t have a court case is hilarious!
Is this because you think that you can never be wrong?!? LOL
“But wait I missed where you tried again to help me, all i’m asking for is the year the supreme corut decision allegedly was handed down. Not for a crash course in civil procedure.
If you dont want to help, thats fine but dont pretend you are trying to”
You obviously don’t know any civil procedure and neither do your legal buddies! They don’t always make decisions about cases, but leave the appeals court decision stand!
“Maybe I do what?”
Maybe you make false statements!
“I dont think you know what hypocrasy means (google is your friend)
I stopped asking you for the name of the case a while ago. Ive been asking for the other party’s name, the year, a phrase to ehlp me find it. Ive said repeatedly if you dont want to share it thats fine. However you have said on several occasions you dont mind if I find out you just dotn want to post the name. Which while that makes exactly zero sense, I repect it nonethless and havent asked you for the case’s name in quite a while”
Actually I gave you two years of dates with my kindness! I won’t give you the name of the other party because like you wrote – “(google is your friend)”, not just you, but anybody that reads YWN will know my name! I’m not going to be the first guy that e/o knows my name!
You would not be the first.

Comments like “Cut the baloney” “Stop dreaming” and “Wrong!” are inappropriate and unintelligent and do not lend themselves to intellectual adult discourse. If you have a question on something I wrote and would like to ask me about it, I would be happy to respond if you ask me politely and appropriately.”
“”I’ve been in Lakewood for many, many years.”
So have I!”
How’s this? May I ask how many years?

Why is that a Chiddush to you? Go check out who the OP is! That’s his MO!
HealthParticipantSparkly -“are you a pharmacist?”
No.
“what do you mean that you have a degree in medicine?”
Something like physician, veterinary medicine, science research, dentistry, PA or NP.
HealthParticipantSparkly -“the ONLY people who NEED organic chemistry are either chemical engineer, chemistry majors, pharmacists, dentists, doctors and some other fields but NOT that many people need this course its a VERY TOUGH course MOST of the people in my class are becoming pharmacists and a few doctors and dentists.”
I practice medicine and I never took organic chemistry!
“FYI, we all say “asher Yatzar” without thinking what it really means, but when my grandson was born with a minor issue that impaired his ability to use his lower colon”
I know the name of that disease, even though I never took Organic!
It’s called hirschsprung disease!

I don’t know how well these reminders will work. If they become part of the routine, they might end up being routinely ignored.”
How true! They have car seats with alarms built-in, but they’re not cheap!
There is a product called BabyAlert.info
It consists of a mat and 2 electronic pieces.
It only costs 50 dollars. It seems to be the safest, cheapest product – out there!
HealthParticipantUbiq -“Lol because I only ask things I dont know. Like how to find secret court cases”
Just because you and your law buddies can’t find it, doesn’t mean it’s not there!!!
“I’ll tell you a little bit! First you go to district court, then appeals court, then SCOTUS!”
“This entire thread we were talking about SCOTUS. when I asked what year the decision was, that is what I was asking. Again, if you dont want to say that is your right. But why answer soem other question that doesnt help”
I’m way too nice! I tried to help you find my court case and you still are trying to turn it around! I’ll try again to help you & don’t ask me why!
When you start a court case, whether in state or federal court, it has a name, eg. Feivel vs. Health. And that name stays with the case even if it’s appealed. First with the appeals court and then with Supreme Court. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a State case or a Federal!
I gave you 2 dates, which is easier to figure out the name, than giving you the date of SCOTUS!
“Well your persona is Not entertaining!!!!!!!!!!!”
“sorry you feel that way. You are welcome to just admit you made it all up”
I’ve have not made anything up!!!
Maybe you do?!?
“They dont let you post contact info. And dont want me to pry out persoanl info, which as I said earlier is why i am leaving it alone.”
Your hypocrisy is astounding!
You keep trying to ask me what the name of my court case was & I repeatedly told you it has my name in the title!
HealthParticipantUbiq -“”The judge gave the decision in 2005.”
What do you mean “the Judge” and district court”. Earlier you said the supreme court?”
Why don’t you ask your buddy lawyers – how the system works?!?
I’ll tell you a little bit! First you go to district court, then appeals court, then SCOTUS!
“I know the persona of Health that you created online. and I love him! He is very funny and entertaining”
Well your persona is Not entertaining!!!!!!!!!!!

HealthParticipantAkuperman -“often not defer to a women (unless she was elderly”
I guess not e/o knows that! My mother told me a story that she went shopping and some lady told her while standing in line that the famous doctor should go first, not her. My mother is elderly!

Now why do you think that is? Is this part of the reason – why we have a Shidduch crisis?
I think that most of the conditioning came from the schools, not the parents!
September 1, 2016 3:28 pm at 3:28 pm in reply to: Why do working people tend to not be as ruchniyus as Kollel people? #1177014HealthParticipantLU -“Maybe so, but that has nothing to do with the issue being discussed. By bringing that point on this thread, it sounds like you are using this as a proof that the OP is wrong.”
That was your wrong impression! My point was -“The OP never proved that his/her statement was true in the first place. Who said that the OP is right?”
Why should I counter a statement that hasn’t been proven true in the first place?
Just because you, others & the OP believe it – why should I?!?
HealthParticipantUbiq -“nope Ive tried legal sites, SCOTUS’s website I had a lawyer and law student help me. None of them can find it. See how far I go to be dan lekaf zechus?”
The fact is that you never were “dan me lekaf zechus” from the get go!
And we just passed the three weeks!
Obviously a student doesn’t know much! And what kind of lawyer helped you? An accident chaser one?!?
“Can you tell me what year it took place?”
OK. What will you do in return for me?
I filed in district court in 2003.
The judge gave the decision in 2005.
“Amazing stuff! you call my comment a lie while agreeing with it! Have I mentioned How much I love you?”
The only thing that I agreed with was the amount of bankruptcies, not your implication that Trump would bankrupt our country!
And why do you say you love me? You don’t even know me!!!
HealthParticipantSparkly – Organic chemistry can’t be as hard as they claim! I took Chem 1 & 2. OC is an offshoot from that!
They say it’s based on the Carbon molecule.

Of course it’s not a proof! The OP never proved that his/her statement was true in the first place. Who said that the OP is right?
What I proved was that a working guy can be on a high level!

HealthParticipantSL -“absan – perhaps you grew up accustomed to the idea so it sounds appropriate, I personally think your children do not need to be told you need a break from them. There are many appropriate ways to give a new mother the rest she needs without removing her from her home. I did it nine times, Baruch Hashem, and believe I am entitled to my view point. I am also entitled to my viewpoint that your being accustomed to the idea does not make it a good one.”
This is the first time ever that I think that I agree with your post!
My ex-wife never went to a nursing home! Btw, that’s why old age homes are called nursing homes!
But then again you posted that my previous life was all my fabrication! Oh Well!
HealthParticipantSparkly -“if my guy wants to go to kollel so be it. if my guy wants to go to work so be it. i dont care as long as his a good frum boy”
That’s a good qualification! What about age differences?
HealthParticipantUbiq -“”Why don’t you – Do a law search on employment discrimination due to non- accommodation for Saturday observance?!?”

You probably used Google or Yahoo. Try a legal site, like LII or others!
“Because she’ll continue to increase it, just like her idol – Obama!”
“Isnt that better than bankrupting the country like Trump did 4 times?”
Stop with the liberal lies! Trump had very few bankruptcies. Most of his businesses are successful!
What has the Clintons’ success been? The bombing of Serbian civilians?
Supporting Gay marriage? The death of Americans in Libya?!?

HealthParticipantMentch1 -“Time that can be spent learning things that actually have relevance to the profession”
That’s not the problem with med professionals! They could learn much more and still be incompetent!
The ones that I’ve dealt with, is because they just don’t care!
HealthParticipantHuju -“but Dopey Donnie has put his money and neck in a Chinese noose.”
And who do you think owns a lot of our debt – if not China!
“2. The best way to evaluate the level of the national debt is to express it as a percentage of gross domestic product. I am not sure what that percentage is, but I understand that it is well within historical levels.”
You’re correct on the first part! And here it is – but it’s way beyond historical levels:
And the debt also has grown dramatically even when measured as a percentage of the growing economy, from 52 percent of gross domestic product at the end of fiscal year 2009 to just under 74 percent at the end of fiscal 2015, according to the most recent estimate by the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office.
“So, Health, please explain to me what else I need to know about the national debt, and why Hillary is not the best candidate to deal with it.”
Because she’ll continue to increase it, just like her idol – Obama!
HealthParticipantUbiq -“If that is true, can you provide search terms to help me find it?”
Why don’t you – Do a law search on employment discrimination due to non- accommodation for Saturday observance?!?

I agree.
Also, I have no problem with a guy who refuses to go out with a 45yo and older woman, unless they have documented proof that they can have kids!
HealthParticipantUbiq -“That’s what I’m telling you – you don’t!”
So educate me. Please”
I don’t have the time or energy to teach you law!

Ah so your example was flawed! Anyway give it a shot. Your a great explainer and I’m a pretty good understander. Dont sell your self short”
See above!
“It does exist, despite your denial!”
Heres what confuses me, earlier you indicated you were ok with us finding it (you encouraged me and others to searhc for it) but didnt want to post the name. If it was a real case I would have found it (and known your name I guess) which you said you were ok with. So why play this game? Just provide the name of the case or search terms that will turn it up? OR say I dont want you to find the case because I wont to be private. Which is fine too. but why this weird middle game?”
Like I wrote previously, I’m not going to post my name. If you figure it out, I really don’t care!
“This is what I posted – “I wrote they’re Antisemitic because they didn’t follow their own definition in my court case!””
“Its been a long thread youve posted all sorts of contradictory staments
eg:
“I happen not to have a problem with that interpretation, but what I just posted was to make a point”
I thought you were an English professor! That wasn’t a contradiction!
I’ll explain it to you again – I don’t have a problem the way they interpreted “undue hardship”. My problem is that they didn’t follow that interpretation in my court case!
HealthParticipantHuju -“someone who can be financially ruined by foreign powers if they don’t like his decisions as US president (Dopey Donnie)?”
I don’t like your posts – they smell like a born & bred DemonCrat!
If you’re worried about the Donald, you should be more worried about DemonCrats running this country! Have you ever heard about the national debt? Do you know how much it has increased with Obama running the show?!? Do you think your idol Hillary will lower it or increase it?!?

Why don’t you Dan the guys L’caf Zecus? Maybe it wasn’t his fault that he didn’t get married? A lot of guys have problems getting dates because of people speaking bad!
“In terms of testing- without going into inappropriate content, fertility is quite complicated, depends on lots of factors, often in context of the couple, and there are B”H many solutions available today that can help what would otherwise seem hopeless.”
I wasn’t talking about people with medical issues, but with the normal biology. At a certain time in a woman’s life, they usually can’t have any more kids.
“It would be a gross violation of tznius if this was asked before marriage. Plenty of younger women also have issues- should this then be a common requirement on a shidduch resume?”
It would not! As a matter of fact, a guy or girl should tell the Shadchim if they have medical issues, especially if they know it could affect their ability to have children!
HealthParticipantJF2 -“Health: Immortality, huh? Now that’s one thing I’ve never seen Clinton accused of!”
You obviously don’t know the meaning!

“a. because I know the meaning”
That’s what I’m telling you – you don’t!

You still didn’t address this point! Even though some of the points that you made are true.
August 29, 2016 12:46 pm at 12:46 pm in reply to: Is there only one person whom you can successfully marry? #1174904HealthParticipantLU -“That is more likely with a widower who already has kids, and while he would be happy to have more kids, might also be okay with the possibility of not having more.”
This makes no sense, because you could apply the same thing to a divorced guy!
“But I can’t go out with guys who don’t want to go out with me, and many guys won’t go out with girls over a certain age because they assume they might not be able to have kids anymore”
These assumptions make no sense. Either a person can have kids or they can’t. Any woman can be tested if they are still able to have children. I personally would go out with s/o my age, if they can prove they can have children!
HealthParticipantAs smart as you are, until you know what the meaning is, of “undue hardship”, I can’t explain my problem with my court case!
Eg. If I say I don’t like hot dogs and you say why? I can’t explain why – if you don’t know hot dogs come from a cow, and you never heard of such an animal! If I tried to explain it, it would be frivolous in your mind!
Why don’t you ask your lawyer buddies to teach you the meaning?!?
HealthParticipantUbiq -“Thats what people say about eh Loch ness monster.”
IDK whether there is such a thing or not, but the implication that I’m making up my case is False!
“(It is also what you said regarding the difference in EMS protocol between 1 vehicle and mutlti-vehicle mva’s)”
For s/o who has no experience, with absolutely very little knowledge about EMS protocols, how on earth do you portray that you’re an expert?!? Is it because you have a MD license, like you claim?
FYI, I’m still willing to explain what I was posting back then!
“So why do you keep asking – “Their definition of “undue hardship”!
which is…”
“To understand your point of view”
You possibly can’t understand my POV, unless you’re knowledgeable about the law. And so far, I haven’t seen you post the definitions of undue hardship, which they’re a few!
HealthParticipantHuju -“When the dust settles from the 2016 election, the first question Americans should consider is how our two major parties nominated two such minor candidates – one barely acceptable, and one utterly unacceptable.”
The problem is that you got it wrong! Trump is the one acceptable. Hillary is the one who’s utterly unacceptable!

Another practical ratification is – a widower might not care to have (more) kids, while a single guy and a divorced guy will probably want (more) children!
HealthParticipantUbiq -“I have asked several”
Keep searching! It’s there!
“I dont need you to teach me anything.”
So why do you keep asking – “Their definition of “undue hardship”!
which is…”
HealthParticipantUbiq -“What does the Constitution say that they can misinterpret the law anyway they feel?!?”
If you start from this point, your correct but I’m talking about my Court case! Before that I was talking about “moral right”!
“Of course I can! because in my secret court case the court ruled that whatever I say is correct.”
Btw, my case is not secret! Just you don’t know what it is! Maybe ask one of your legal buddies to help you!
“Their definition of “undue hardship”!
which is…”
It’s clearly defined in a few court cases! It’s not my job to teach you law!!!
HealthParticipantLU -“even though I am hashkafically) and a lot of my dating has been with guys who were more Yeshivish YU/Modern Orthodox Machmir types.”
That’s because there are Not a lot of Yeshishe guys that are older!
I myself consider that I’m Yeshivish, but your post’s sound Frummer than mine!
HealthParticipantSparkly -“Meno – my husband can do whatever he wants”
I like that!
HealthParticipantUbiq -“”I said that they were morally wrong!”
nope. you first implied legal,.”
Where did I imply legal right?
“and dint correct me when I said their right to judge came ferom the constitution.”
And why should I correct something that’s Not wrong!
“you then said what “moral right” did they have we I addressed as well. no you are saying (and I’m paraphrasing) that question meant what moral right did they have to disagree with you. Which you identified as a rhetorical question”
The rhetorical question was going on “What right”, not what moral right!
“where did you rite that?”
Right here -“You really can’t argue that it’s not Antisemitism because you don’t even know what the definition or the interpretation of the civil rights law is!!!”
“and can you elaborate ion “their own definition” and “how they didnt follow it””
Their definition of “undue hardship”!
They didn’t follow it in my court case against _______!
HealthParticipantMW -“I also understand that for some voters, Hillary Clinton is basically, as Trump called her, “the devil.” There are those who will vote for Trump just to keep his opponent from becoming president”
This I feel is the main objective! It could be that Trump is full of hot air, but Clinton is much worse!
Never mind the immortality, but what about the criminal acts?!?
Never mind the accusations of getting people killed, but even though Obama was able to silence the FBI, his own State Dept. is investigating the Email controversy!!!
