What happens if you discover a loose nail on shabbos?
It’s a chatzisa for the rest of shabbos until you can peel the rest of them off or just fix that one up, no?? I think you have ta put a plasic bag over the hand that has the chatziza, I remember this faguely when one of my friends had a plaster last year on the hand and had to do this in order to wash.

HalfMemberthis poster could be an old timer and just created this username to seek this advice anonymously.
I have no idea who this poster is nor did I know that this poster is one/two hours old. who knows maybe it’s my zivug…,in such a case would you say it’s trollish??
real Brisker however, I must say you are a hundred percent right to respect and suspect! shabat shalom:)

December 2, 2011 6:48 am at 6:48 am in reply to: Eating at peoples houses with teenage daughters? #984080HalfMemberreal brisker what did I say wrong here to deserve the lable “troller”??? I never did anything to harm you/anyone else?? what do you have against me??? i have no idea who you are… I’m not here to start wars with anyone, however it seems like you are..
HalfMemberthis calls for your LOR, as I don’t know what the specific situation here is, I am hesitant to advise. You are best off consulting somebody that knows you and the particualr scenario.
Hatzlocha!! I hope you make the right decision and meet your bashert bekorov!!! AMEN!!!
HalfMemberthank-you for the advice. It really can help if I put my mind to it, I just have to get into the emuna thought process…I am feeling abit far from that at the moment… things are very tough for me and to see others having an easy ride is not too easy for me..
HalfMemberI heard it can be compared to an outta townish version of hadar… Does anyone know if that is true???
December 2, 2011 3:33 am at 3:33 am in reply to: Eating at peoples houses with teenage daughters? #984077HalfMemberBUMP:) Curry I must say your threads are great topics!!!
HalfMemberit’s letoeles. It’s an aveira if you don’t say it…However if you don’t know if it’s a hundred percent true, don’t say it.
sometimes in shidduchim people go up and beyond “letoeles” just to ruin a shidduch, either for alterier motives, or for the sake of it… Look out for yourself and try to find out in other ways if it’s really true.. You might be pushing away your own zivug…
HalfMembermay he have a speedy refuah shelaima!! just a little reminder posters of this thread, speak little and do much!!
HalfMemberMazel tov!
December 2, 2011 3:15 am at 3:15 am in reply to: Eating at peoples houses with teenage daughters? #984076HalfMemberSo NU?? wats the maskana?? should I stop it or continue? what whould the gedolay hador do?
if you want to strive to become a gadol hador in your lifetime, what do you think the correct decision should be??…I think the answer is obvious, you wouldn’t be contemplating it and asking the question if you conciousely thought it was a 100% muttar!! cause you really know It’s assur!!! there is a cage around a lion for a reason… so you obviously you don’t step into the lions cage unless you are his relatives…
HalfMemberI never heard of them actually checking a returned item for water dammage before… interesting though.. perhaps only some stores do it, it’s clever I think they should all do it!
