guy-ochoMemberwhen i was in camp, i had a roommate who publicized he had this problem. it was weird the first couple of days but then no one thought about it anymore. if your that kind of guy, it help just being blunt in the beginning. when it actually becomes an issue people already know and don’t ask questions or comment. just make sure u dont get a top bunk.

How many therapists does it take to change a light bulb?

guy-ochoMemberif it is meant to be free to all – such as phonebooks etc. – you should not selll it.

February 25, 2011 2:03 am at 2:03 am in reply to: Light /Dark loaf type Bilkelech served at Ateres Chynka- YUM! #744260guy-ochoMembernever knew that, thanx. i always went to the bakery and asked for coloring from the back, as you cant buy it in small containers.
guy-ochoMemberaries2756: if u boycott them, u will b left with no more jewish music as they will have no money 2 put out more cd’s. you would just be hurting yourself. (if your boycott actually worked)
guy-ochoMemberobservanteen: how old r u that ur not innocent anymore. If they’re on CR, they’re probably trying to get a little educated. btw thats what the mods r here 4. They wouldnt post it if it was harmful.
guy-ochoMemberright now its 3:55 here in israel. I’m addicted to internet and CR. can’t seem to get off
guy-ochoMemberthe biggest impediment to successful mentoring is overzealousness. you have to be calm, levelheaded and take things in stride. if you seem overly interested they will think your just using them as a case study. be friends with them on a personal level, don’t make it seem like a therapist-client relationship.
February 25, 2011 1:49 am at 1:49 am in reply to: Light /Dark loaf type Bilkelech served at Ateres Chynka- YUM! #744258guy-ochoMemberits actually not cocoa. they add in caramel food coloring. you can get some from almost any bakery. just ask.
guy-ochoMemberyea. if they’re walking past they’re purposeful. if they’re walking slow, they’re a tourist.
guy-ochoMemberTums: since when can’t u buy alcohol. i have been getting alcohol and cigarretes since 12 yrs. old. just gotta know where 2 go.
guy-ochoMemberOMG, are you guys serious?
I didn’t know there was such a concept of an issur like this
guy-ochoMemberTen years ago if a stranger came by you and said “hi whats up?”, you’d be perfectly within your rights to ask “do I know you?”. These days you would get a glare for disturbing the guys conversation, not realizing he was on his bluetooth.
guy-ochoMemberMod-80: you may be right on that point, however you can’t argue with all the logic and facts I presented besides that.
guy-ochoMemberan elevator doesn’t present a problem according to many opinions as it doesn’t meet the minimum yichud issur requirements. If you can avoid it discreetly that would cover all doubts. However in doing so, make sure not to embarrass or make the other person uncomfortable. It is better to go in the elevator and according to most not be oiver, than to hurt someones feelings.
guy-ochoMemberMany if not most of psychologists and social workers needed a psychologist when they were younger. They had problems and for the most part got over it and now would like to help people out dealing with the same problems. Thats why most psychologists specialize in a specific mental health issue for this reason. (Such as if they had addiction issues they would specialize in that etc. This is actually beneficial for the patient as the therapist knows exactly what they are feeling, and know the steps to overcome the problem that have proven correct.
guy-ochoMemberI have seen many Roshei Yeshiva eating in cafes and restaurants, many times with a big donator to the Yeshiva and the Rosh Yeshiva is fundraising.
guy-ochoMemberTruth be told and HaleiVi: you couldn’t have said it better. Took the words out of my mouth.
guy-ochoMemberWhat about Jewlarious (Aish.com)? Those are clips from typical non-jewish movies and TV Shows which are used to teach Torah lessons.
guy-ochoMemberI have stolen WI-FI. no filter
guy-ochoMemberI got cataract surgery on one of my arms and both of my legs. was pretty painful.
February 21, 2011 1:54 pm at 1:54 pm in reply to: What were they giving out at Zisalek on 13th Avenue today? #744629guy-ochoMemberThe one in Geula (Jerusalem,Israel) is extremely overpriced and overrated. is it the same with the one in BP?
guy-ochoMemberA person from a white shirt family might not be compatible with a colored shirt individual. They are not being condescending, rather they are being realistic and understanding they are on different yiddishkeit levels. It always strikes me that its only the colored shirt people who complain about this. Do they have a guilty conscience and feel inferior?
guy-ochoMemberambiguous
guy-ochoMemberi’ve been 21 plus going on 35 years now. I plan on staying that age forever.(well I dont exactly plan on living forever)
February 21, 2011 1:33 pm at 1:33 pm in reply to: Guys-things that a girl does or says on a date that makes you lose interest #743573guy-ochoMemberif she burps.
guy-ochoMemberamichai: thats true, the one above listens to all “languages”. Not mispronunciations of so called “languages”. Is Yeshivish a language, how about Yinglish?
guy-ochoMembermikehall12382: last time I went to buy an A/C, the storeowner asked if I mind getting it in a TV box as they were out of A/C boxes. I’m not kidding.
guy-ochoMembersmartcookie: you gotta post quite alot to be banned from CR 11 times.
guy-ochoMemberBruce Willis is giving Hairstyling and Maintenace courses. I think Vin Diesel is attending. Snapple Fact: This will go over the heads of 90% of CR users.
guy-ochoMemberMy biggest fear is getting banned from the CR for the 12 time.
You’ll never know if I’m lying on this one. Does anyone remember a banned user with my style of writing?
