Electric Cigarettes (E-Cigarettes) are a waste of money and do not satisfy smokers. I had one while trying to quit. It does not taste like a cigarette or feel like smoking. Every single person (not exxagerating) I know who has used one, told me it did not work for them. It’s a waste of $85+. If you personally used one and it worked for you please let me know!

Most people who are bothered by such pictures, aren’t friends with people who would have those types of pictures up.
If they ask why they should give money, if possibly a fair percentage is going towards costumes, car and the like. Tell them that just like by the beis hamikdosh, if you had the right intentions your money went to something important. So too here, if they have proper thoughts, their money will actually go to the yeshiva. Someone with improper intentions, his money will be used for the expenses.
Most store owners let you take them as it’s great marketing, and it boosts sales. Even if you are not buying now, you may end up buying a different time because of this. Many stores even state specifically that these promotional items are for anyone even people not buying, as it brings potential customers into the store. With shopping bags, it usually has the stores name on it and is great advertising, and they are more than happy for you to take a reasonable amount even when not purchasing.
If what he is doing is breaching the contract(Which he probably is) You have full right legally and min halacha to withhold the rent money. There’s no need for a lawyer even. If you have any friends who understand how to read business contracts, have them look it over and let you know if it’s a breach in the contract. Good luck.

i would suggest the mir. you can do half a day, whole day, every other day etc. You can take vacations whenever you want. its truly a “build your own yeshiva”
