the best is to ask as many people as u can and sometimes even going back to the first people u want to know how the person asks on a day to day basis how they treat people if they r loud and agressive u wanna stay away u want to dig and find out all the skeltons in the closet so there are no suprises. you want to hear frist hand what they r looking for and find out if your on the same page what they wear what they r looking for there parner to wear what the family is like what kind of background and basicly everything and anything u can find out about

pease beware many of my friends and family ran last time to stores with the amex card since its motzei shabbos the stores r trying to fit in as many customers as possible however one big mistake some stores did was they didnt close there cc terminals before midnight so therefore it went into account as sunday and nobody got thier $25 back from those stores

All “sumorgs” are for ladies ie the kallah is there by the men “the mens tish” they also have food and hot food no body gaurds stand outside the ladies room forbiding men to come in it is not per se mixed but by litvish or modern men the men seem to trickle into the smorg (by the ladies side) and that is y u think it is a mixed smorg
As far as mixed seating I personally was involved w sb that wanted no hall in boro park would accomidate and I think one is willi was they had to go out a little to get accomidated

Most “frum” halls today will not allow mixed seating @ a wed so u would be really limiting ur self were u can make a simcha but I did see by a few simchas were they had sep seating w a michitzah and then they had like 2 mixed tables all the way in coner like for work mates or the like who wouldn’t know what to do on a sep table
I find that in bp cuz there is always construction going on it gives the mice someplace to live and when they get hungry they come to the neighbors to eat (cuz an empty house has no food) when my neighbor was gutting and rebuilding oh was I infested I was scared to walk into my kitchen didn’t wanna make anything on my counters anyway I called on time exterminator who mouse proffed the whole house from basement all the way up and then work on catching they family that had to way to get out it took some time but was well woth it I blei ayan hara have not seen anything for years!!! I would not recommend a synthedic it is not neccesarily cheaper and it depenitly gives a un hair look
Go for a semi costum (costum out of box) in bklyn u can get them from 275 and up it gets washed and cut to ur liking and doesn’t have a high mantance to it and it will look real and make ur mom feel good not like she’s wearing a mom on her head. Good luck

the best way to figure out what time you could make early shabbos is find out in all the local shuls what time is the earliest minyan and go to it

I was very disapointed with the article I was hoping it would touch more on the married men there r unfortantly too many men getting stoned fri night what kind of example r they showing there kids and what r they showing towards their wife the once a wk I’m home to help and be around the family I get stoned I did like what the rav said that these boys think they will stop onces they r married. it is very dangerous to not take care of gal stones they leave the gal blatter and attack other organs i know somebody personally who never took care of it eventally the pain went away but yrs later it came bk in the form of cancer and it was too late to do anything at that point
and somebody else who it was not diagnosed right away it left her gal blatter and did get stuck in the bil duck and effected other organs she was very sick
