I agree that anyone can be a shadchan. However, there are many people who view it as a p/t or f/t job. They spend countless hours pairing people and make a living out of it.

Joseph: I fondly remember the Rebbes and teachers who taught with prizes and compliments, especially. One rebbe, when I asked a question on the first day of class asked who can answer funnybones kashya! Isnt tht a great question?! I learned much bettet tht year.
Rebbes who hit do so because they dont know how to each their students otherwise, they should look for a job elsewhere.Haimy: +1!
