    Noach’s wife did not “bake him”. Perhaps you meant “What did Noach’s wife bake FOR him”?

    fkelly was on the mark with asking what area you live in. As an SLP I can tell you that the therapeutic relationship is a shidduch that requires both sides work the relationship. It is important that you make sure that your child’s therapists have had adequate training and experience in the area of your child’s needs. Unfortunately, there are many therapists out there who have taken the shortest possible route to get their degrees and have trained in therapy mills that do not provide adequate supervision. Finally, be realistic with regard to your expectations. Therapy is not like taking an antibiotic where you see results in 7 to 10 days. It is an ongoing process that may sometimes seem to stagnate and then there are times where goal after goal is met.
