[Hashem will] remember you and remember you? Yosef was telling Bnei Yisrael that Hashem will remember you twice, once in Tishrei and once in Nissan. In Tishrei, preceding the Exodus, Moshe went to Pharaoh for the first time. From then on Klal Yisrael were no longer forced to work. A boy was taking a girl on a date, driving in an out of NY area location, and he was ticketed for a moving violation. In that area, such a violation lands you in the local village prison for a while. Well, the boy and girl had plenty of time to get acquainted in the village prison for a number of hours, which concluded with their mutual feelings that they were meant for each other. They got engaged. Wonder whether the arresting cop received shadchanus gelt!?!
Orajel and/or Canker-X work fine. Apply with a clean finger, or with a q-tip. There is nothing that really takes it away completely – all remedies temporarily relieve the pain. The canker sore is an ulcer, and it takes its due course until it disappears. While in some cases it may be due to hygiene, many people get it due to the ups and downs of their hormonal cycles. You just have to get lucky and hope the canker sore is not right on your tongue, or some place else which gets constant contact, translating into constant pain!
