eclipseMemberI never implied that.
eclipseMemberI did it!!
eclipseMemberI would be happy to help in any way to spare people the bizyonos one has to endure to raise money to defend your right to have your children(!)because SOMEONE ELSE WAS ADVISED TO DRAG YOU THRU THE MUD IN COURT.People don’t realize that even if you were NOT THE PERSON THAT PUT THE MATTER IN COURT if the stakes are your children you must defend yourself and that costs thousands of dollars! If you are arrested on false charges on top of that, you must then hire ADDITIONALLY a criminal lawyer. It’s downright traumatic…and people keep saying “why aren’t you in beis din??”
eclipseMember1.My (female)friend had a siruv put on her without even getting a hazmanah to beis din!She found out about the letter quickly because she immediately lost her job.
2.I only know 2 women who didn’t take a get when it was offered. You know why?BECAUSE THEY WERE TOLD THEY WOULD HAVE TO GIVE UP THEIR KIDS!

December 23, 2010 3:52 pm at 3:52 pm in reply to: would you go into a shidduch with a boy from a divorced home? #721033eclipseMemberThink about it.
In my divorce,50% of “us” came from a divorced home, where not only did I NEVER hear my parents fight, they never put each other down afterwards either…The other 50% of “us” came from a whole,intact,non-broken home….and guess what? He’s divorced!
December 23, 2010 2:40 pm at 2:40 pm in reply to: would you go into a shidduch with a boy from a divorced home? #721023eclipseMemberLakewood Mom,please clarify “always trying to make up for their lost childhood to the detriment of their children”.

eclipseMemberTOOMUCHOO:
It’s because your parents are so stressed out from each other, that you feel they don’t understand you. It’s just hard for them to focus while furious.
Normal is waking up each morning and doing THE BEST YOU POSSIBLY CAN until you go to sleep at night. If anyone in your life is indicating that you are “not normal”,ask them to define exactly what they mean.
And if it’s really driving you crazy wondering if you are normal, discuss it with either a close friend who isn’t a blabbermouth,or an older person you trust.
And Hashem is there taking care of you every second–just sometimes He “hides His face” from us,for certain amounts of time. It’s like the sun, there alll the time,we just don’t always SEE it.Talk to Hashem–even in plain English–and ask Him to help you feel His caring.
