The sign works much better in Ivrit (Koo Kookoo Kookoori Kookooriku…) Worth a trip from anywhere!!
dovershMemberSo sad that the frum oilem totally is not into owning dogs. Great animals to have around and especially great for kids to learn responsibility, loyalty, friendship, healthy fun. Always regretted that one of my kids (now almost an adult) did not have a dog growning up. Too chicken to buck the system, shidduchim and all that.
dovershMemberPhyllis, possible you are setting yourself up for problems from the start? What do you do with the pot after you finish serving the chulnt at lunch? As far as I know it is muttar at that point to empty the pot and soak with cold water and dishwashing liquid (dilute the dishwashing liquid if you wish, but not necessary if you don’t handle or rub it, just pour directly into the water in the pot). It will be much less smelly and easy to clean after Shabbos.

oomis, definitely agree. Feel free to ask what compound’s ingredients are.
A6KB, GREAT suggestion!
dovershMemberNot sure if I am allowed to post the actual name, but there is a pharmacy in Boro Park, 18th ave area, recommended by several local dermatologists and pediatricians for doing their own compounding. They make a product that will help with the worst cases of dandruff and scalp issues. Try it! Ingredients are natural and will not cause any harm.
