    @popa Thank you, yes I must do my research I plan in starting to look into yshivot around December because I am still in the midst of a semester now so I must focus on my current studies.

    I am going to Israel at the end of January so I am thinking maybe I will even visit some of the yeshivot while I am there.

    Yes I am aware that I must make sure the bachelors studies will be accredited and recognized in the United states that is part of the research I must do. I know that there are many yeshivas in Israel that are credited and will be recognized in the US.

    With regards to the English studies. I am well equipped in that area. I have taken many English courses in college here and have an OK background in that area.

    “Note the law schools will often admit a student who they know is ineligible to take the Bar exam” What do u mean by this? that I have to make sure that I am really well educated before choosing to take the Bar? Because the law schools will not care whether I am truly ready for it or not…?

    Yes, so I must make sure to do well in my associate degree studies as well as my yeshiva gemara studies. Any yeshivot u know of that offer Talmudic bachelors? I am also wondering if there is a yeshiva that will accept my associates degree and combine that with my gemara studies for my bachelors so It’ll only take me a year as oppose to two years for my completion of bachelors… Do you know anything about that? Thank you for the feedback and advice

    I would like a degree in the medical field. Pharmacist wasnt an option for me bc too much science and I heard that social work doesnt have much money in the field. But is that a contradiction to believing that heashem provides parnassah? i gotta do what makes sense though

    I am twenty one i went out with one girl and decided even before the first date that if she is not the right girl i am going to wait a while before i continue.

    I will be twenty two on may thirteenth.

    My parent said that I should start dating this summer…I dont think I want to yet…WHy start so early I am in no rush…My zivug isn’t running away…although if she is desperate I wouldnt want to cause her pain of course….WHat do you have to say yeshiva world?

    wouldn’t that be forbidden by Jewish law also for a Ben-Noach because it is one of the 7 Misvot of the ben-noach not to steal? hacking into businesses through the internet would be stealing right? Y would something like that be possibly okay?

    I really love this saying…It helped me a lot I am in college and it helped me pick what I would like to major in so I would only pick a major which the career possibilities would only be something I would enjoy….Social Work was my final choice.

    thats a very general question…depends on each person and every1 is different and each person will be affected differently…there is no straight answer for every1 to the question if $$$=happiness

    I am so happy that you got married and came to realize it all had nothing to do with your weight! I am a boy and I am 21 I totally understand the struggle you had faced because of your weight my sister was a fourteen…12…10…8..6 and when she got married happened to have beeen when she was a 6 but that had nothing in the world to do with it and I am skinny and I am so happy that I was able to see my sisters struggle (not that I am happy she struggled God forbid I would have rathered her not struggle with her weight but bottom line she did…So I am happy that I saw her struggle so that I can realize how important it is to look at a girl during dating for who she is on the inside not the outside bc once a person is married they will only come to realize more and more how important it is that their wife is a good person and how it only matters that she has good middot and a happy positive attitude… thank you for starting this thread bc it is so important and I wish u many years of happiness and haslacha i your marriage.

    I love the “did u know” facts in the children magazines…It is so funny how many adults know any of those interesting things???

    Also I love the shidduch stories I am obsessed with all things about marriage,dating,shidduchim…shalom bayit…I find it all so interesting…THe greatest book I have ever read is “The Art of the Date” anyone ever read it?

    GOQ: ok OFF TOPIC but I am sephardic and I just laughed so hard from your post!! you are so right and so many rabanim talk about people swinging their taletim over at maximum speed and say how people must realize not to slice the person behind hem! I also get annoyed when people don’t have consideration for others around them and hurt others with their taletim. I make sure not to throw my talet around my body fast and look around…One less person to worry about 🙂 You brought up a very good point! GOod Job!!
