deiyezoogerMembergirls? or boys? girls play with dolls but need alot of att. and on the other hand boys play with toys longer and quietly and yes definetly tell them the truth no diff their age.they should know their parents are ok just leaving for a small break and not b/c their hard kids or close in age.thats important to them. relax and restock your strength.p.s please dont leave quietly, worse thing for them their too young, theyll think its their fault that you both ran away…….

As to reading a birthday card, its not just a frumkeit, according to many rishonim greating cards are assur to read on shabboss and is even muktzah. Again there are many rishonim who disagree on that topic so as always ask your LOR.

January 13, 2011 11:42 pm at 11:42 pm in reply to: What to do with leftover Challah & bread?? #728087deiyezoogerMemberback to the original question about bal taschis, there is no issur to trow out food. The issur is to spoil food. You dont need to eat something you dont like and you deffinitly dont have to take a second portion just not to make baal tashchis, any piece bigger then a czieyis you trow out in a mennor that dosent cause bizi oichlin e.i. you wrap it before so it dosent get dirty from all the trash.
