Just got A Time in the mail this week.
In Mishnah Brurah (300:1) it says that if possible one should wash, however if someone is still full from the shaboss meal and its hard to eat a meal again then one can be yotzah with cake or fruits.
If there is no shitah in Mishnah and gemarah that say they are not chayov how can there be a rishon who says against a gemarah with no other gemarah supporting him?

The gemarah in kidusin states very clearly (with no dispute) that they are chayov, actualy all other mitzvos asheh sheloy hazman geramah that women are chayov we learn that from mezuzah.

We do remember the “shoah” but not necercerly on that date. In most comunities of hungerien decent thay say selichos on the 20th day of sivan (A day that was till the shoah only obsereved in the ukrein after the pograms). Also on 9th of Av there are many who say special kinos to remember the shoah.
In order to be president its not enough to be a natural citizen, you need to be born in the USA.
