People who do things on a reguler basis will do so automaticly without thinking, like taking your hat, but if you usealy dont take your kid to the baby sitter on your way to kolel it can skip your mind, so as mod 80 pointed out we need to look for solutions not judgment, it can happen to ANYBODY even yourself. (never happend to me but it could).

I once heard a noted mechanech saying; when teaching young adults you first teach them to be a mentch, then to be a jew, then to be an erlichah (honestfrum) jew, finaly you can start to teach them gemarah.

How do you define 10 month salary 12 spread over months? Can’t one argue that its a 12 month salery with 2 months paid vacation? (I do relize that the amount thay pay teachers in frum schools is not enough even for 10 months, I’m just asking in leagal terms).

@B.O.R. how can you call someone stealing when all they do is deciding (right or wrong) what to allow on there own site. There are some house rules to comply whether you agree or not, one of those rules is to respect our gedolim.
At the end of the year there is no point writing any bad comment, the grades are there to know the facts, the comments should be something positive so the kid (and the parents of course)knows that no matter what was going on during the year the teacher realy liked himher and was only meening their good.

They were about to cancel school, but by the time morning came around there was no sign of darkness anymore (I guess the mayor did a great job this time) so all the kids arived in school realy disapointed.
