Someone here is living in an alternate universe. Or has been hiding in a cave for a few decades. The secular Jews of Hertzyl’s movement and Ben Gurion’s political cohort are long gone. In our current existence, 40% of eligible young people in Tel Aviv are draft dodgers, they’re be happy to live in LA. Today’s “Zionists”learn in the Mir, stay here for 2, 4, 6, and sometime more years, and support E”Y through their limud Hatorah. In less than 50 years, we chareidim/chassidim will be the largest demographic here. In 1948. the world voluntarily handed over our land to us. מאת ה׳ יצא הדבר. You and the Niturei Karta hold of a very small minority-backed view that rov haposkim do not. The Niturei Karta today stand with, and repeat the mantras of the groups that wish to annihilate over 6 million Jews living in E”Y, and you are trying to be melamed zchus on these rishuim. This is the truth and the only truth that exists for those that serve Hashem b’neemanus: There is no Zionist State; there is only Eretz Yisroel.
And you sir are slandering Hashem’s land just like the miraglim.dbrimParticipant“Zionist state” is a term used by holier than thou frum yidden who are too settled in shmutz laaretz to pay attention to the
King’s calling his children back to His palace. And that palace Eretz Yisroel is sometimes referred to as tzion as in בשוב ה׳ את ציון. And anyone who is foolish enough to think that American weapons have any effect whatsoever on the safety and security of Hashem’s palace and people should re-examine their emunah.
Just come home.dbrimParticipantFraud in academia is considered an absolute Yeihureig V’al Yaavor, in particular plagiarism. No one but Gay would ever be be allowed to hold the position she did with her history of fraud. Ever.
dbrimParticipantSure – threatening to make funding granted by congress to Ukraine contingent upon dropping an investigation against Barisma, the laptop, taking hush money from China to perpetuate anti-lab leak propaganda – nothing criminal to see there. The Biden regime is an anti- American, corrupt, treasonous administration, and is turning America in to a third-world country with unchecked borders, unprecedented levels of crime, inflation, supply shortages and has made America a laughingstock on the world stage. Denial is a rather immature ego defense mechanism.
dbrimParticipantExactly which law is it that applies to everyone including Trump? The hush money law? What a joke – in the US under Biden, the law does not apply equally to everyone. There is clearly a 2-tiered system of justice where democrat elites avoid persecution for crimes all other US citizens would be put away for, for a long time the Biden family corrupt influence peddling being just one of many, many examples.
February 7, 2023 1:34 pm at 1:34 pm in reply to: Shame on EVERY Democrat – re Islamist-bigot Ilhan Omar #2163415dbrimParticipantCTL – I applaud your erlichkeit. Although it’s probably not all that uncommon for employees in any profession to call in “sick” from time to time, it’s not the standard of integrity by which we should live. Thank you for being a Kiddush Hashem.
Jk – Democratic President and Congress have shown… that supporting Democrats, is totally consistent with supporting Israel.
Pretty sure the vast majority of American Jews living in Israel would beg to differ. Either way, the issue was Omar’s removal from the foreign affairs committee – I think even you wouldn’t argue that she’s a friend of Israel’s.February 7, 2023 9:45 am at 9:45 am in reply to: Shame on EVERY Democrat – re Islamist-bigot Ilhan Omar #2163314dbrimParticipantBlind obedience to Democrat ideology results in its constituents losing their ability to think critically or engage in self-preservation in the face of visceral anti-semitism.
Case in point:
“….many police are I. Fact criminals as well as racist bigots.”
The data do NOT support this. This myth that has led to the defund the police movement and has brought tremendous harm to minority communities and has resulted in the sky-rocketing of crime in major cities. Anarchy is not a Jewish value.“Israel’s enemies over Israel. While you and I may support Israel and like our government to do so, no American of any party has that obligation.”
This is straw-man argument. The issue with Squad democrats is not about supporting or not supporting Israel – it is about emboldening and empowering those who seek to destroy Israel and annihilate her population of 6 million Jews through supporting the PA’s pay-for-slay policies, BDS, etc. Reportedly Omar has a Palestinian map in her office which has Israel completely erased from the middle east, in addition to her “Zionism is creepy” comments. FACT: statistically, most (but not all) anti-semitic rhetoric and hate crimes against Jews come from the democrats and the left.“Some want nothing to do with foreign affairs.”
Correct. But those who want to be involved should not be Israel-hating anti-semites like Omar. Israel is America’s only ally in the middle east.“Socialism over Democracy. I support many social programs.”
Yes, you should feel free to support social programs but not forced to through government mandates. And socialism is not some random package of ineffective programs like public education. Socialism is Venezuelians bringing toilet paper and light bulbs to the hospitals treating their loved ones.
It behooves long-time democrats to face the reality of what the democrat party of today is and let their Jewish moral compass assess if in fact they should continue to support what the democrat platform has become.August 4, 2022 11:44 pm at 11:44 pm in reply to: The fake-ocupation cover / mask (fakeupation) #2112366dbrimParticipantMS – agreed.
Y123 – According to what logic? You’re missing info concerning the history of “modern” Israel. The idea of a sovereign “Palestine” in the heartland of E”Y, Yehudah and Shomron (not the “west bank”) was a destructive piece-for-peace move due to USA and global pressure on a secular, leftist Israeli government. The law of return applies to Jews not Arabs occupying Israeli territory, who in any event rejected offers of citizenry by what they consider an illegitimate Jewish occupation of the land they believe should be theirs, from sea to sea – they don’t want to be citizens of E”Y, they want to own E”Y in its entirety and push all Jews into the sea.
My issue is: If “we who learn Chumash know that Eretz Yisroel is the land gifted to us by Hashem” , how could we reject that gift and remain in chutzpah la’aretz? What does that say about our relationship with the Gifter? And the fact that there is a secular, even anti-Torah government is not a teirutz because we could remedy that if we all came.
May we be zoche to see the Geula sheleima and the kibbutz galuyos today, may we be zoche to celebrate this Tisha Bavaria as a yontiff with Moshiach tzidkeinu and witness the complete revelation of Hashem’s Shechina and the rebuilding of the Bais Hamikdash BBA.August 3, 2022 1:52 pm at 1:52 pm in reply to: The fake-ocupation cover / mask (fakeupation) #2111799dbrimParticipantSure those territories are “occupied” – by a bunch of Jew-hating low-life Muslim terrorists who time and again have been refused citizenship by their religious brethren that occupy 56 Islamic countries in the middle east and around the world. If this is confusing, at the very least open a Sefer Bereishis and read the first Rashi there. Frankly, I am baffled by the ignorance and self- hatred of some of the people on this thread.
dbrimParticipantIt is a dirty job but someone has to do it. We need educated, trained, qualified psychologists in the frum community desperately. Veteranarians less so. Being treated by someone not frum is fraught with pitfalls and very bidieved.
dbrimParticipantIt seems that Jewish Democrats are not only delusional but ignorant of history as well – “As long as we’re on our best behavior, our non-Jewish neighbors will respect and appreciate us” said every Jew in Germany in the 1930’s, in Spain in the 1400’s, in Mitzrayim when they voluntarily joined the construction that soon became forced labor. Pathetic.
dbrimParticipantYWN – Shame on you for allowing this thread started by an ignorant leftist soenei yisroel who clearly couldn’t cares less about the truth. You want the truth? Jews are are being murdered by ruthless violent terrorists under the pretext that they have rights to har habayis and Jerusalem and all the rest of our homeland. If we reject EY, we may just not be worthy of it.
dbrimParticipantYep. The IDF is not happy about Biden’s return to pay-for-slay – funding terrorists makes their job a lot harder.
dbrimParticipantCharliehall: Recommending a 12-step program to people who disagree with your controversial political opinions is deeply offensive to people struggling with addiction. And praising Killer Cuomo is deeply hurtful to the loved ones of those elder-care home residents that were murdered to as the result of his incompetence.
dbrimParticipantIt’s difficult to have a rational exchange with so many democrats/leftists. They don’t think logically or even understand logic or empiricism, the cornerstone of objective thought. Their offense involves unjustifiably grabbing for the moral high ground and name calling, and their defense is yelling “no whataboutism”. I have two words to say that come straight from the heart: David Dorn. This is not about leftist hypocrisy as despicable as it may be. This is about an absolutely horribly realistic fear of the democrats re-engineering the great USA and undoing all of its characteristics that have made it a safe haven for Jews and all of its citizens such as equality under the law, due process, freedom of speech, and yes, the free market. Leftists/Democrats on this forum take heed: you will not like the America that the left is attempting to create.
dbrimParticipantub Uh, actually he was.
December 28, 2020 10:33 am at 10:33 am in reply to: The Trump Vaccine for the Chinavirus Developed via Operation Warp Speed #1932658dbrimParticipantI support adding President Trump to Mt. Rushmore and I am not trolling. I don’t support accusing others of trolling. We get it – Trump is triggering. But 7 million+ voters think he did a good job.
dbrimParticipantYSF – thank you for your service and thank you for your reasonable rational response.
dbrimParticipantTo leftists who don’t understand the difference between opinions and facts:
“If I were not honest, I would call myself the greatest US president of all time, but someone beat me to it.”
This evaluation of Trump’s presidency by Trump is an OPINION that you don’t like, but is supported by 70% of Jews living in Israel and many orthodox Jews living in America. On the other hand, to say that you didn’t say that you support a ban on fracking when you actually did say it is a contradiction of the facts – also known as lying.dbrimParticipantThe “arguments” made in this thread are in actuality insipid, irrational leftist talking points. So,
for example:
“WE NEED HIGHER TAXES IN ORDER TO AVOID DEFUNDING POLICE” – that’s an interesting spin but not even close to the real reason de-funders such as Marxist BLM, Antifa want to abolish law enforcement. And implementing change in law enforcement institutions would require more not less funding.
“Open borders? NO BUT WE NEED MUCH HIGHER LEVELS OF LEGAL IMMIGRATION” – and how do you think that might affect the lives and livelihoods of the lowest earner demographic groups which include minority groups and legal immigrants.
“Iran nuclear deal? whatever keeps the israel, american and the world safe.” – Israel and her supporters opposed the Iran deal; so did the more moderate middle east nations who want a safer middle east.
“Everyone white automatically racist? NO, but many are.” Really?! Exactly how many? And do you have any idea what kind of damage and disenfranchisement this horrific game of identity politics is wreaking and what the future ramifications can be. The overwhelming majority of Americans believe that racism should be identified, called out, prevented, and punished wherever it occurs – be grateful you live in this not-perfect but incredibly wonderful country where the goal is liberty and justice for all.
“A woman who is pregnant by rape or incest or actually a non-consenting minor should not be forced by the state to carry a pregnancy to term.” Typical strawman argument – statistically, the numbers of abortions due to these horrors is less than 1% – the vast majority of abortions are abortions of convenience. And last but not least –
“Do the pro trumpers really not care that 265,000 americans died from covid? a disgrace.” Reality check – Trump didn’t kill those people – Covid did. There is no logic or evidence to suggest that this pandemic would have been handled more responsibly by another leader; in fact, statistics suggest the contrary – projected Covid fatalities were much higher than what occurred. Every single death is a tragedy – something we can all agree on.
It seem to me that anti Trumpers hate Trump because they view him as being “incompetent” “deranged, a mushchis, spreading lies and disinformation” – these are subjective OPINIONS about character, not policy issues. The data however showed that Trump did a marvelous job with the economy and the job market, stemmed the tide of illegal immigration, got America out of an exploitive NAFTA deal and a diabolical, delusional Iran deal, was the best president ever for Israel (just ask 70% of Israeli’s, combatted anti-semitism on college campuses, created opportunities zones for black Americans
etc.
What will we have to argue about when he leaves office?dbrimParticipantThere are many beautifully written biographies about past and present gedolim that can serve as examples of extraordinary people living exemplary lives. Highly recommended. Or come to E”Y and do a Gedolim tour or learn in kollel with contemporary talmidei chachomim.
dbrimParticipantAlso, the comment that the halachos related to the sheva mitzvos bnei noach are known to “every child” – very ignorant and very disturbing.
dbrimParticipantIt’s very sad that assimilated frum Jews look to politicians for role modeling in morality. Had you done any research or read any biographies about past US presidents, you would know that immorality was ubiquitous among them. Frum Jews voted for Trump because he championed a safe, law-and-order America, didn’t glorify Muslims and vilify Jews, and offered policies that boosted the economy. It’s pretty straight forward.
dbrimParticipantAll that being said, democracy is the best system of governance we have in a very imperfect world. Unfortunately the democrat party would like to destroy our democratic system by doing away with the filibuster, packing the court with partisan judges, adding partisan senators from non-states like DC, and giving illegal immigrants the right to vote. It’s a good thing republicans are holding the senate so that we’re not doomed for eternity to a new totalitarian one-party reign. As for Trump, he kvetches a lot, but mature, intelligent people know that actions speak louder than words. Most Israelis (and Americans) here in Israel will be sad to see Trump gone. איו לנו על מי להישעו אלא על אבינו שבשמיס
dbrimParticipantNo offense, but you’re kind of clueless
October 14, 2020 1:30 pm at 1:30 pm in reply to: Ex-White House physician Ronny Jackson ‘convinced’ Biden not fit for office #1909857dbrimParticipantThanks for keeping us informed about the things YWN won’t tell us. In truth, it doesn’t take a medical degree to see that Biden is experiencing serious cognitive decline. That doesn’t phase democrats – all the better to manipulate a figure-head president, steer the democrat party ever farther left, destroy the checks and balances prescribed by the constitution, and gain unlimited power. Perhaps you could explain to us why YWN has such animus toward AC Barrett? You would think frum Jews would support her nomination.
dbrimParticipantTrump has terminated the financial support for the PA’s pay-to-slay policies that gave financial incentives to arabs to kill Jews. Biden would reinstate those financial incentives. Biden would also re-join the Iran deal to speed up Iran’s access to nuclear weapons, that they have promised to use against Israel. Biden does not condemn the violence in the streets of American cities against innocent residents nor the terrible epidemic of assault on law enforcement agents. The democrat party has exploited Black America for decades and continues to do so as inner-city neighborhoods are destroyed and crime rises with the defunding of the police. BLM is one of the biggest scams against Black America and is supported and funded by the left. Vote for Biden if you hate Jews and Blacks.
dbrimParticipantAgree with all of the above quotes. Support voter fraud – vote by mail.
dbrimParticipantThe meraglim of our dor have spoken and without any seichel, using strawman arguments. Yep, clearly, obviously, unequivocally, we are in golus, and for those of us who live in Yerushalayim, daven at the Kosel, the devastation of the churban is clear and present. But living with kedushas Eretz Yisroel is no small matter, and neither is equating living in Beit Shemesh, Bnei Brak, Beitar with living in Chutz L’Aretz. You obviously have missed out on numerous Maamerei Chazal lauding living in Eretz Yisroel. Sad.
dbrimParticipantATTENTION: After leining last weeks parsha, how you dare to be motzi sheim ra on Eret Yisroel?! How dare you. The meraglim and the entire dor were punished and caused a bichiya l’doros that we continue to endure. You have no idea what kind of ramifications this supreme court ruling will have for shomrei torah u’mitzvos so stop embarrassing yourselves with your naivete and lack of foresight. Eiza hu chochum? Haroeh es Hanoilad. Monsey is so right – RUN, run home before it is too late. Ki tova haarez meod – E”Y is flourishing – in ruchnius, in gashmius, every dalet amos is a mitzvah, avira d’eretz yistoel is machkim. Hashem is calling us all home – how can you turn your backs?
dbrimParticipantI like this thread – don’t really care who started it or why. I believe people support Trump because:
He doesn’t bash America or Americans – he seems to like the country and care about its citizens and most of his policies and their effects reflect that
His policies up until the big deal have served Israel well
He’s blunt, funny, and although he lies like all politicians, it seems he believes his untruths, unlike politicians who don’t believe their own lies but demand that you believe their every lying utterance
If Democrats can convince Americans that they have better domestic and foreign policies that will benefit them financially, improve the economy even more, provide better trade deals and security – Well, speak up!
As far as character goes, he’s quite a character. Seriously, we look to our clergy, religious texts , and fellow members of our religion for lessons in morality. If you’ve read any of the biographies of past presidents, many if not most, were not very moral in their personal lives. It is a shameful reality.dbrimParticipant“I think many Jewish people refuse to make changes to help the environment because, (possibly subconsciously) we’re tuned to not worry about tomorrow because Moshiach is coming today.”
I think you probably don’t know all that many Jewish people. Jews do not use Moshiach or other Torah concepts as an excuse to act irresponsibly. And the arguments made here on both sides are grounded in logic although ultimately it is an empirical question – how much harm do plastic bags do and do the benefits outweigh the risks.
Either way please be careful about casting aspersions about mindless motives on an entire group of people – someone just might accuse you of bigotry.dbrimParticipantThe ignorance and naivete here is astounding. Ukraine corruption was an ongoing concern – the Obama administration had opened an investigation. And at the time Trump ran for and was elected president, Biden hadn’t been the democrat nominee – there was no reason to ASSUME that iberbutil Biden would be seeking a 2020 run. And Biden, his son and other family members SHOULD be investigated for their abuse of position and power. And even if Trump’s motivation wasn’t purely lishma – so what? Thought crimes are not impeachable offenses. Liberals would like to see people hang for thoughts that are not “progressive” and politically correct but so far the constitution and rule of law, while under attack, are still the law of the land. There are plenty of other countries that punish thought crimes – if you don’t hold of due process or the values of the constitution there are plenty other MUCH better places to live.
July 16, 2019 7:56 am at 7:56 am in reply to: ICE Sweeps…It’s not just Brown and Hispanics being rounded up for deportation #1758716dbrimParticipantI say we deport Holocaust deniers, including those individuals who create false comparisons between Trump, his administration and policies, and Hitler ym”sh and his genocidal project. It is anti-Semitic trope, and it demeans the kedoshim hy’d who were rounded up and crammed into cattle cars and taken to real concentration camps where they were either gassed and then cremated, or worked and starved to death and then cremated or buried in mass graves. And anyone who dislikes. disrespects, and demonizes the US should willingly trade places with the illegal aliens being trafficked across the border of this absolutely horrifically racist, misogynist, xenophobic country that millions of citizens from other countries are trying to enter.
dbrimParticipantUse your Grey Matter:
I did not say Rabbonim are discouraging, nor did I use the word horrible. What I posted is factual. So to reiterate – majority of jewish leadership is not actively encouraging this mitzvah and by and large American Jewry is staying put, despite the accessibility of this amazing opportunity and despite being desperately needed here in E”Y. Although it should go without saying, OF COURSE you should discuss this kind of decision with your Daas Torah and follow through with his psak. So don’T get so hostile – and it’s Dr. Brim, by the way, and I wasn’t paskening for anyone.July 3, 2019 7:02 am at 7:02 am in reply to: Where Are All The Commentators About The Ethiopian Protests #1751756dbrimParticipantI think we ALL have been in galus for thousands of years and have lost our way to some extent so how about letting go of the expectations, the judging, the condemnation, etc. Everyone has their work cut out for them and we should be helping each other find our way back. And the reid at the local makolet here is that Ethiopians are miskainim, a marginalized group, but that their protesting was over the top – how’s that for mature cognitive dissonance.
dbrimParticipantWe are still atoning for cheit hamiraglim. And if Klal Yisroel dragged their heels when Moshe Rabbeinu attempted to lead them in, the general absence of encouragement by the majority of Torah-Jewry leaders does not bold well for us making the move. On the the hand, this thread, and the fact that at least some Jews believe that we have by-and-large run out of valid excuses for remaining in chutz la’aretz (with exceptions, of course) is a big step in the right direction. Hashem has given us such an opportunity, to live in Eretz Yisroel in relative physical and spiritual peace – how can we possibly refuse it? #hauntthepalace
June 6, 2019 3:20 pm at 3:20 pm in reply to: The Institutionally Anti-Semitic Democrat Party #1739615dbrimParticipantThat’s right. Fox is fake but CNN and MSNBC, now that’s where the truth gets revealed – like about Trump Russian collusion, the time line for climate-change Armageddon, etc. There is overt antisemitism in the democratic party that all the most powerful democrats refuse to respond to, other than to offer excuses for the democratic congress members that spout it. And apparently these powerful democrats could not get their party to pass a resolution condemning antisemitism unless said antisemitism was buried among all other forms of real or imaginary hate.
Voting democrat is a nail in the coffin of American Jewery.dbrimParticipantAll strawman (strawmen, strawperson) arguments aside, why the premise that making abortion illegal is government overreach? Legalizing the murder of unborn babies, allowing the government to legislate life or death, is the ultimate in government interventionism. Sure, a women’s body is her body. She can choose whether or not to get pregnant. But once she has created a baby even if it was unintentional, murdering that baby is, well, murder. In the rare case where the baby is a rodef, ectopic pregnancies, etc. the mother’s life must be saved. But these medical rarities are not what roe v wade was addressing, nor what democrats are concerned with when they celebrate abortion.
December 11, 2018 2:13 pm at 2:13 pm in reply to: Studies on vaccines you might have missed.👨🔬💉🚫 #1641678dbrimParticipantFinally – we’ve reached the crux of the vaccine debate (thank you daas yochid)…no experimental research. True experimental research requires random assignment and an experimental manipulation. Random assignment means that each member of the sample (study participants) has has an equal and independent chance of being assigned to the control (placebo) group or the experimental group (to receive vaccines). This minimizes other differences between the participants in the two groups (e.g., mother’s education, socioeconomic status, etc.). Experimental research is the ONLY research approach that Demonstrates cause and effect. That’s what we need, folks – and it’s not unethical – there are plenty of parents on the fence, some of whom might be willing to participate in a true experiment (random assignment, one group gets the vaccine, the other does not). It’s simple enough – to argue “unethical” is itself unethical and unscientific – we can lay rest to the debate and know the truth with very little effort. Why is this not being done?
dbrimParticipantSariray – I applaud your courage in attempting to reason with some very antagonistic, angry, and closed-minded posters. You are the inspiration for this post. Although I have a Ph.D. in research and am the mother of nine children who have had a number of these childhood diseases, I’d like to remind us all that the heart of the debate (no, this is not about the world being round or flat, but bear in mind that for a very long time, society and scientists believed that the world was flat) is the risk/benefit ratio. If you have done due diligence in reviewing all the vaccine literature, and you have some knowledge of research design and statistical inference, it is clear that the research is, at best, inconclusive. More importantly, for a child that is vaccine-injured and for his/her parents, the vaccine was 100% harmful. Most childhood diseases that have supposedly been eradicated follow cyclical patterns and when there is an outbreak, the risks are minimal and occur for children whose health has been compromised. As far as vaccine risks, it is dishonest and/or delusional to deny that they don’t exist- see vaccine inserts, vaccine ingredients, the CDs’s “unavoidably unsafe” statement, VAERS’s accounts of vaccine injury, as well as the vaccine literature. If a medical protocol prescribed for HEALTHY children involves health risks, parents should have the right to refuse it. Period. And, no, they should not be required to move to Guatemala – they should be considerate and keep their children away from others when ill (measles symptoms (fever, hacking cough) occur before actual contagion which occurs four days before and four-five days after the rash onset). You are free to continue to demonize parents who chose not to vaccinate (they not anti-vaccines, they are pro-health- education and choice) but know that most of these parents, who have to swim upstream and against the tide, are better informed about vaccines than you are, and love their children as much as you love yours. May all yiddishe kinderluch (and their families) always be healthy.
August 2, 2018 12:39 am at 12:39 am in reply to: If you vote Democrat you should just move to Mexico #1568299dbrimParticipantKudos to you Curiosity for a well-informed, eloquent presentation of the facts in a political climate in which truth is subjective – let’s hope there are enough rational, thinking people out there to save the US.
dbrimParticipantHave you never been to a black inner city neighborhood? Or the trailer parks, home to poor middle-America whites? As American citizens, these communities should be a priority over Hondurans – in some fantasy world we have unlimited resources but not in reality. And if law enforcement is so “effective” why are there millions of illegal aliens crossing our borders annually? And how come your concern with gang rule doesn’t extend to MS-13? The deception, delusion and hypocracy of the left would be laughable if there wasn’t so much at stake.
dbrimParticipantThere are ports of entry at the borders for those who need asylum to seek it legally. The vast majority of children entering the counrty are with adults unrelated to them – in other words, child trafficking. And because it is often impossible to verify whether the adult with a child is the child’s relative or guardian, separation was an attempt (a poor one) to protect the child from abuse by these non-relative adults. Kol HaKavod to President Trump – he diffused a untenable situation – now Congress needs to get to work and modify immigration laws to protect American citizens and illegal alien chidren.
dbrimParticipantNoone is arguing that the current law is humane – of course children shouldn’t be separated from their parents and hopefully policy change is imminent – it’s the blame game and disingenuous conflation and politicizing of children by the left that is being comdemmed.
dbrimParticipantClearly you haven’t been paying attention because this policy pre-dates the Obama administration, but the media woke up now because they have a political agenda, which includes blame Trump for everything. I don’t know what world you live in but unforunately harming children is no longer taboo – Hamas human shields, British migrant grooming gangs of pre-teen girls, etc. These children are being harmed by their families who exploit them for US citizenship. All the other drivel about immigrants from 3rd world countries being exemplary citizens is a nice but false narrative.
dbrimParticipantKol hamiracheim al achzarim…introducing the US’s new immigration policy – jeopardize your kids by smuggling them across the border – they get free housing, food, medical treatment, and education, compliments of American citizens including legal immigrants, and then wait for hypocritical lying liberals to scream “reconciliation” – presto, you’re in. Or how about open borders – come one, come all – it’s not as though we have our own criminals or poor and needy citizens to help. And while we’re at it – shouldn’t we reconcile the families of incarcerated indiviuals? Let’s do away with the penal system – no borders, no laws – freedom for all. Endorced by liberal media news outlets everywhere.
August 31, 2017 4:19 pm at 4:19 pm in reply to: The Age Gap and the Musical Chairs of Shidduchim👴👶🏻🎶💺💺 #1352511dbrimParticipantJust wanted to back the point that in most chassidish communities the phenomenon of older single girls doesn’t exist, perhaps because the age gap between kallahs and chossanim is on average smaller than in the litvishe velt. I am not suggesting that girls get married older – in the chassidishe velt boys get married younger and can handle the responsibility (with initial support from parents, rabbeim, Chosson/kallah teachers for both chosson and kallah – it’s a learning curve) – it’s a mind set – maybe there is something to learn here.
dbrimParticipantLet’s imagine that some of the liberal doublespeak “allegations” (i.e., name-calling) applied to Clinton, as well. For example:
Fraud: the Clinton Foundation
Immorality: Monica (yes I’m aware that it involved Bill but she was an accomplice), late-term abortions
Phony: Kissing Suha and then saying there was a mis-translation
Fake: Bengazi, email scandal
But, then, all of this is really irrelevant because irrational people can rationalize any and all evil, e.g.,
“I have a realistic expectation of politicians especially when it comes to Foreign policy. Its called Realpolitik and it is the foundation of understanding Political Science since the days of Bismarck. You should read up on it sometime. So I understand (but abhor) how someone could kiss Suha Arafat and take money for her foundation from Gulf states. I look to the bottom line of where her development and implementation of realistic policy was, and it was not objectively anti-Israel”
I hope you take great pride in your tolerance for pay-for-play Palestinian-loving criminals – maybe you could extend that tolerance toward Health just a bit – after all, it’s not as though he’s rioting.
dbrimParticipantAre you the very same huju who posted this?
I have asked repeatedly for Obama critics to tell me why his presidency has failed, but I never get concrete, specific answers, just vague generalities and conclusory statements that he is horrible.”
and then this:
“And just to be clear, I think he (Trump) is a fake, phony fraud, and ignorant beyond belief. And that’s his better (or should I say, least worst) qualities.””
Just wanted to clarify – so, liberal Democrats can engage in name-calling amd mud-slinging but Republicans need to have their opinions backed by irrefutable evidence. This is classic liberal double-standard doublespeak.
The American people did not vote for Trump – he aint no saint – they voted against a corrupt mafia of politicians who, for their own self interests, chronically lied to and exploited them.
