happens to us all the time, besides for accting we manage real estate on the side, its commercial real estate so its very different i know, but we usually call our attorney if a tenant stops paying rent and they serve them
do u have a signed lease with them??? honestly if ur in nyc i feel bad for u because landlords have the disadvantage….we have tenants living rent free for month until we could finally sue them, and thats if they didnt disappear in the interim…
id get a landlord/tenant lawyer if i were u, or call bais din, but my experience with bais din, they dont always take ur side, even if ur rite :)) good luck!!!
when i went a few years ago we went to lower east side kosher….it was like around the corner from the hotel, and they also offer box lunches to take to the parks!!
just gotta get up there and do it…the first few times it can be rough but with experience ull become a pro, like i always say: if i can do it, anyone can!!!

they overheat, so we dont leave it plugged in….only in dire emergency situations such as cheap perfume or cologn wearing clients!!!
one of my clients, i smell him before i see him…its aweful!!! so i open the window when he leaves, plug the plugin and spray febreeze!!!

when i was in tampa last year motzei pesach my friend and i decided to go to walmart but at 11:30pm the hotel shuttle was not running to take us shopping. so we walked. it was about an hour walk, 3 miles or so a direct route. as we were walking i noticed there were no pedestrians at all at all in the street but there was a helicopter flying above. my friend and i were talking and i kept thinking to myself ain od melvado. we finally got to walmart and we were walking thru the parking lot when i noticed a silver suv in the driveway leading out of the parking lot. my friend was blabbing and idk if she noticed it but i thought it was SUPER SUSPICIOUS!!! but we kept walking, all of a sudden a guy jumps out and tells us to come over to him….i was like no way in heck, i grabbed my friends hand to pull her along and quickened my pace. the guy stayed a distance away and kept saying stop tampa sherriff, i need to ask u girls some questions. finally my friend convinced me to stop. the sherrif asked us a bunch of questions, basically they were looking for two girls and the neighborhood we had walked thru was full of druggies and criminals and us being niave little ny’ers who dont think anyone will mess with us (well i am at least) so bh we took a cab back to the hotel at 2:30am and all was good and we still made our 6 am flights the next day. altho i fell asleep at my desk the next day at work ;))
bh, hashem was really looking out for us!!!

my sister and i go on vacation together all the time…because all our friends are either married or too poor to afford a vacation or both!!!
we’ve gone to atlantic city, chicago, naples (fl), london, paris, zurich, geneva, israel and although it would be more fun to go with a friend…it is what it is right!??!
i would love love love to go to south africa!!! july after my auditing section of the cpa, ill be in dire need of a good vacation, st lucia sounds tempting too!!
at this nail supplies store on 4th avenue and 21th street in park slope….they have tons of colors and they have duri and opi too….but they only take cash unless ur making a really big purchase.
i get that too….all the time, i should really play along one time…

my boss and i went shopping together after work, she got like a sparkly pink to go under it, so cool!!!
i disagree, with short nails i think it looks funky but not loud…
i finally got black shatter at a beauty supply store in park slope….it looks so awesome with silver underneath….12 dollars tho is totally worth it for this and the other opis are only 5 and essie is only 4…i found my new favourite store!!!!
