It really depends on how you define Choshuv, in the really Charedi comunities you have a few choices:
London:
Golders green – expensive
Stamford hill – chassidish and expensive
Edgeware – a healthy mix
Manchester:
Prestwich – Younger Cheaper
Salford – a healthy mix young old and cheapish
Gateshead: – Small – only around 600 families, Cheapest though.
Its definitely worth visiting all these comunities to get a feel before choosing.
