Kol hakavod newbee. You are in no way out of line with any of your comments. In fact this is such an important topic it deserves than coverage than this coffee room! I am new to Brooklyn and I have seen frum Jews throw their garbage out their car window! No one is saying everyone does this and I also believe that these aren’t bad ppl – just ignorant ones who don’t realize that what we do matters – ALWAYS! It’s very scary to think that there may be Yidden that actually feel that this behavior is ok or that that this is bashing Yidden. I suggest that when someone’s just not in the mood to care about these “little” things he should kindly remove his yarmulka (and anything else that may distinguish him as part of HKB”H’s Am kadosh!) since even the smallest candy wrapper is a HUGE chilul Hashem! And if anyone thinks that I’m extreme, please verify it first with a Gadol! (speaking of which I’d love to know if anyone would feel comfortable littering in front of Rav Shteinman shlita or lihavdil on the white house lawn?!?…)
