Well I think it’s pretty simple, chasdim has spent their time learning halcha a lot, big part due to their rabbunim endorsements & encouragements, Litfish rabbunim definitely doesn’t stress to learn halcha in their yeshiva’s, and don’t endorse people to learn halcha often only gemorah they do, automatically your going to have more Chasidish appreciation towards halcha.
