although one of my cousins who learnt Physiology in college told me that u dont remember anything from before you were 3. Also this memory is based on a picture. (we took a picture on the train.

However when i buy sweaters or vests from the frum stores i am usually a large/ xlarge. something is wrong here!
if you would call up most Poskim today they would tell you the minimum is 4″ below your Knee.
