i don’t think i agree not to go to movies because you’ll see women in short sleeves because then you can’t go anywhere-you never know when you’ll see maybe a cashier by a store dressed like that or a police woman, ANYONE. .. i still think movies are horrible and wrong. Once you see it, it is extremely hard to get the image out of your head. The Goyyim mess with our minds into thinking things that they do in movies are all right,ex. making fun of people. 🙁

my sister HAD chron’s. She went on the scd diet but also went off of dairy, VERY strictly for a year in a half. Now she hardly has it anymore. She still has to watch what she eats but not half as much as before. She’s able to eat normal things, sometimes though her stomach may hurt if she ate a lot of candy and carbs that day or sm like that. but thank G-d she’s really cured and she gained all the ounds back that she lost from chron’s.
haha yep i’m sefardi. 😉 i also thought we only used that word, i guess not.. i sometimes get nervous from ligit.
