brotherofursParticipantShticky- LOL LOL LOL I was hysterical laughing ur whole IQ test!! i got ALL of them wrong {except for the one about Mary that i heard b4!}
Lol do another one! maybe i’ll get it this time?! you think there’s hope? 😀
brotherofursParticipantda’aga-worry, stress
has the first 5 letters of the aleph bet except one.
Bet=Bitachon
if we have Bitachon we will never be worried or stressed
brotherofursParticipanti feel like if non-Jews were driving near you in the street it would cause a chillul Hashem and they would think badly of Jews and of Jewish music especially if they won’t be able to hear their own music 😉
brotherofursParticipantBarnes and noble DID ruin my Neshama and i regret it every time i think about it.
It’s hard for me to say this but:
I went with my mother and a woman who worked there suggested some books to me based on my age. -The most horrible and inappropriate book i ever read :'( PLEASE be careful if you take your children!!!
🙁 it is not a place for a religious child, go yourself and know what you’re looking for, That’s my opinion.
brotherofursParticipantgive to other people you’ll feel better. Do chesed with your free time.
I was also finding it hard because i really want to do something productive on the days that i’m done school and don’t start work but it’s hard 🙁
brotherofursParticipantmy teacher went here.
I went to one of the Machon plays-one of the best productions i’ve ever seen!!

brotherofursParticipantlol we are ALL brothers and part of bne Yisrae-l!! -[but no one seems to get it, i should’ve picked a different sn..;)]
brotherofursParticipantyou people are lucky 😀
brotherofursParticipant??? ?? ?? ?? ???? ??? ????
brotherofursParticipant🙂 thanks u2!!!!!!!
brotherofursParticipantsome of my friend’s rooms are:
lavender and beige
lavender and light green
purple and grey
pinkkkk
pink,black and white
aqua
blue and white
there’s tonss of nice colors 😀
brotherofursParticipantmu room’s also BLUE , it’s like light blue with beige and white and theres like flowers on my headboard -it’s “girly”
also my older sister’s is blue,
a little darker and with dark brown and white (lol seems like a boy’s room) but u still wouldn’t think it’s a boy’s room because her blue covers have like ruffles and it the headboard is also not boyish.
brotherofursParticipanti never did anything special usually sleep but this year i’m soo excited because i have a Chumash final after shavuot so i can learn that Torah on shavuot:)!
brotherofursParticipantgoldenkint u gave great advice! u can probably use these techniques for any time you want to start a new mitzvah that parents don’t approve of at first.
brotherofursParticipantu can stop after you realize that Jewish music is so much more meaningful, can give you advice sometimes, help you when you’re struggling and can inspire you to do good 😀
i think most of the time non-Jewish music is just telling about their problems that b”H we don’t come close to having, most of their songs is nonsense and can even influence you to do bad, or topics we are Not interested in b”H.
brotherofursParticipant??? ?????? ???? ?????
brotherofursParticipantoooooops!! 😉
brotherofursParticipant?? ?????? ????? ?? ???
brotherofursParticipanti just remembered! usually someone always does it, and noone said it out loud today and i forgot! 🙁 so i think we should do it because it’s helpful
brotherofursParticipantur so cute that u answer everyone! 🙂 i know it really is cool that we’re are going through almost the same exact situation (same age and everything!)
i’m so excited for you! and i’ll try some of Your advice ;)and B”H it will be okay 😀 good luck
brotherofursParticipantchesed, Shabbat, tzeniut, i donno.. EVERYTHING 😉
brotherofursParticipant?? ???? ??? ???? ?? ??? ??? ???-did i spell it right?
brotherofursParticipantWeasleylove i really can’t believe it.. i’m sort of going through the SAME situation-it’s crazyy!
i didn’t know what to do and i asked advice from a teacher before Pesach(i was scared because it wasn’t really winter anymore and my mother would think i was crazy)
the teacher told me to say, “I just feel more comfortable,” or “all my friends are doing it”-
I’m also lucky because in the camp i’m working in, you have to wear tights -so I’m excited that i get to use that as an excuse!:D
[even though my mother insists on calling the camp director :(, but i told my mother i might get fired from my first job;) }
i really hope you have an easy time , and that we both have good luck in the future
brotherofursParticipanti hope mine aren’t affected by my moods 🙁
but still if we write mean things i don’t think we can just blame it on, “I was in a bad mood” ..if we are in a bad mood it doesn’t mean we can hurt people
brotherofursParticipanti have a question:
How can cy milk spoil faster if the only thing different about it is that it’s watched by a Jew??
brotherofursParticipantcool thanks am yisrael ;D

I’m not sure what else i remember that’s not based on pictures or videos or stories i heard [it’s hard to differentiate]
but i remember many things from preschool too
May 27, 2011 1:10 am at 1:10 am in reply to: Cultural differences – sepharadim vs ashkenazim #793711brotherofursParticipantlol i know this doesn’t really have to do withwhat was said above but we went on a school trip and one of our Ashkanaz teachers brought her daughter who’s in first grade. The whole time on the bus she was trying to pronounce everything like we did .[ex. chooomahsh or chuhmish] and then she had to teach us! haha it was soo funny 😀

May 23, 2011 1:12 am at 1:12 am in reply to: Why don't jews have dogs? It is clear in the gemara and shulchan aruch that #770412brotherofursParticipanta girl was debating on wearing an extra shirt under her clothing to cover her collarbone.. she decided to wear it and then she got chased by a dog that day who came n top of her and was biting at her she finally escaped after she jumped over a fence… she had many marks on her back but the dog would’ve been able to bite into her lungs but the dog could not get a grip on her because of the two shirts she was wearing!!

May 22, 2011 11:46 pm at 11:46 pm in reply to: Why don't jews have dogs? It is clear in the gemara and shulchan aruch that #770404brotherofursParticipanti used to be sooo scared of dogs after my friend’s grandmother’s dog ran after me in the house, and then another one that escaped from a house ran after me in the street once :[
but my aunt took care of one once for some1 and he was the nicest thing and doesn’t even sniff u when u walk in the room….
but then i got my fear back after i heard my teacher’s daughter was chased and was almost killed!
