lol i didn’t say i was spaced out. i just didn’t give a hoot about school. i broke the school’s record in lack of attendance. lol and my school is NOT known to be into it at all. the Prospect Park girls used to get mad at us when they saw us strolling home from school – not a book in sight…

lesschumaras: i was in Tveria on Chanuka. Plenty of christmas lights decorating the city. and santa and all. it’s sad, but it does exist even in jewish areas. (probably russians or something.)
And BTW everyone, Jesus didn’t go by that first name either. and i personally know guys by the name “yeshuah” which i believe was his hebrew name. what’s the difference? how about joseph and mary? plenty of jews with those names too.
now i’m not saying i’d name my kid Jesus. but what’s wrong with saying it?

depends what you fry them in. try grape seed oil. or spectrum canola oil. they’re both much more healthy.

he’ll grow to be a burden on society! i’m very into learning and kollel and the works. but you need to be a capable, somewhat knowledgeable person to be able to live in the world. even gedolim in america are not blank when it comes to the outside world. i’m not saying they have to study sociology. but basic history and english is vital.
