I went to Bnos Chana this past year and had an amazing year. Your description is exactly what the sem is like. Great frum/yeshivish girls, low pressure but lots of great learning and growth. Everyone got so close it was AMAZING! BTW the staff was also incredible. You should really check it out.
brach18ParticipantI agree with the Goq. You sort of have to start figuring out what you’re interested in or what you’re good at. You don’t want to be stuck at the very end of the year with no direction and no plans
brach18ParticipantI actually know of this bais yaakov program in Israel where you can get a profession and also be taking kodesh classes at the same time. the choices of profession were graphic design, interior design, cosmotology and personal training. The program is called Halichos. They have a website halichos.org
brach18ParticipantIt sounds like Bnos Chana is a good place for you to check out. It definitely has the out of town Bais Yaakov atmosphere with a serious but not heavily academic kodesh program.
You can look at their website: http://www.bnoschana.org
Good Luck!
brach18Participantit is more expensive then it should be but 100% worth it, it changes you so much in such a good way. it makes the world of a difference
brach18ParticipantWhat makes it so “one of a kind” I’d like to know bec i am currently interested in pursuing a career in web design and I am checking out other programs like Maalot and Compuskills.
brach18ParticipantI am looking for a post sem program in Israel where I can learn graphics and web design. I haven’t heard of this one yet. Is it more like Maalot or is it just one of these quickie courses?
