dell doesnt manufacture their own hard drives so that claim is kind of…yeah they use the same drives that every other company uses…

i3 was made as a high end low power processor for laptops which were then used for desktops as well because theyre cheap. if youre buying a desktop id recommend the i5 which is a solid processor.

lets get mexicans to sit in kolel for us…but seriously it is a problem. everyone is EXPECTED to sit in kolel. when i was in 12th grade…well in is a bit of a misnomer…i missed the majority of 12th grade…so when teh time came for me to go to beis medrash i just decided not to. instead i got a job and worked. i was criticized by some including my rebbeim…because tehy felt i would gain from going to beis medrash (and tehy ahd a valid claim, there are things im missing because i didnt go, i freely admit it) but most peopel were like :O you didnt go to BM?! omg! not because of any spiritual losses on my part…but because you MUST go or you arent frum!!!

it depends on whom the translation is based. on which commentary. the stone edition is based mainly off rashi i believe and is most widely accepted. im not sure which commentary the JPS version is based upon. find out and we can talk about it. based on your question i assume you do not know hebrew or this would be a non-issue. i would suggest learning hebrew seeing as no matter how good the translation, it is nonetheless and translation and is therefore imperfect. there are nuances which can only be discerned through the understanding of the complexities of the language and the context of individual words within sentences. a translation lacks that.

“What if the persons wife was in the hospital (say after giving birth) and he was home with the rest of the kids . He had to play “Mr Mom” for a few days while his wife was in the hospital (Lets say it was December when days are short)

He has to wake up his kids feed them send them off to school . Take care of the kids who are too young for school. make Lunch for the ones at home. Make Dinner for the other ones and by the time he could catch his breath it was dark out”

i honestly dont care. make time. 5 minutes even. just do it. aside from the fact that i KNOW the guy who told me that was just pashut negligent.

Your post lacks proper capitalization. I recall hearing something once about glass houses and stones…

Anyway, I’ve been using it since last night and I can tell you that Facebook now has serious competition. Google Plus does everything Facebook does, but better, and quite a bit more. Also, complete Google integration is nice. It’s not there ye, but it will be soon. The mobile app is, as of yet, only for Android phones.

lol shein you sure you arent joseph? i think i just fed a troll.

It’s a shame, because a lot of people in our situations are so nice, caring, responsible, and giving, and all other people look at is: Oooh, dead parent, divorced parents, OTD brother, sister with medical problems, no money…

exactly. i can find someone myself…but like i said its not yet nogea…just something on my mind. im not ready to marry yet.just thinking of my future.

@shein on the off chance that youre not trolling…yes. if i have my choice of girls why should i not want someone who shares my interests?

thats lovely but exactly how am i supposed to build a bayis neeman beyisrael if i have no desire to spend time with the person with whom im supposed to be building said bayis neeman…?

you cant want what youd like…im not going to marry out of some “code of honour” im not opposed to building a bayis neeman beyisrael but im not going to overlook something thats important to me in pursuit of it. the two are not mutually exclusive. im sorry if you and your wife sit there all day making polite noises at each other, personally id like some conversation once in a while with someone i would actually LIKE to converse with. is that too much to ask?

im expected to spend my life with someone…that someone better be interesting.

i mean if i cant talk to my future wife…who CAN i talk to…and if shes someone i dont ordinarily want to talk to…how am i supposed to get comfortable with her? how ill i be able to speak to her about important issues? how will we get to know each other? please dont give me any of your trash about bayis neeman being the be all and end all because i just dont care to hear it.

@bpt…ive been pretty stable for the past 2 years. the thing is though…and why i find your idea about my rov rather than a shadchan so appealing, is like i said i have serious family issues and will not be involving them in my marriage process at all. i may not even want half of them at my wedding…definitely not my mother…so there ARE issues at which a shadchan would just turn up his/her nose. i didnt go to beis medrash, instead i chose to work and have been since i left high school. basically ive been doing the same thing for 2 years.
