Plays give the students a sense of accomplishment and responsibility as well. Of course its important for girls to be learning but students need a break from their studying sometimes. I remember when i was in high school we were responsible for any tests and homework that came up during rehearsals and the actual play itself- it was still a priority. I think it was a great outlet for us to let our talents shine!
