Bed-StuyParticipant
Nope. Despite possible beliefs of some to the contrary, haven’t posted.
But this is the i admit i made a mistake thread, so I’ll use it for that purpose. Is it possible to reset the clock? Is it possible for us all to be friends again? Look, I made a mistake and I apologize completely. I shouldn’t have used multiple usernames. I have a reason I felt is very good, but am not going to defend myself; it will only generate further disagreement, and why argue? I’ll concede. After all it is against the rules. It was an error. I also apologize for all and any other wrongs, real and perceived, to the mods and posters. Is there anything worth fighting over? I say positively not. (As far as the hashkofos, they come verbatim from the Gedolim, and frequently are sourced and cited. Some may disagree even vociferously, but that won’t change.)
So, like I was asked last week to stick to one name, I’ll do so. But clearly anything I post as ‘Joseph’, if I opine the sky is blue, will have 2 or 3 posters always disagreeing and saying tke is red. So I’ll choose a new name, unannounced and as of yet undecided what, and stick to it. Just one. Don’t even know when [or if] I’ll have time to start posting again. Is that fair mods?
(And folks if you think you know its me, graciously refrain from announcing it, as the likelihood is anyways you’re wrong about it.)
Can harmony, conciliation, and brotherly love prevail?
Bed-StuyParticipanttbt: I have not posted a single comment on the Shira name thread.
Bed-StuyParticipanttbt: I honestly need no apology for any cruelty on your part. Better direct the apology to the multiples of other posters you falsely associated as one.
Bed-StuyParticipantrationalist judaism is authored by a person the gedolei yisroel across the board have declared apirkorsus.
Bed-StuyParticipantOkay Mod, now you know why I’ve used 5 names almost every day for the past week.
The one you know is me you censor needlessly, deleting on-topic comments that are part of the threads conversation that are simple responses to others posts, and nothing objectionable. Yet from my experiment in the last week, 50% of them are not published or deleted after they were published by a different moderator.
The other 4 active names that you haven’t associated with me, gets an (almost) 100% approval rate by the moderators.
That is why you will not know what my screen names are unless I feel like letting you know as I have with some others. And when you try guesstimating you will be blocking half a dozen or a dozen other posters who are not me, thinking you were smart and “caught him”, while hitting the wrong people. Block away.
Do not confuse cause and effect and do not create new facts. We are reacting, not ACTING. Pick one name, let us know which you choose and we can go back to NORMAL.
Your Call Joseph
How about the original name? Clear the block and subtitle…
Fine, This account will be changed to read “Joseph”. Use this one ONLY.
We catch you using more names we will either

2. Edit your posts as we see fit, even if means changing words like “forbidden” to now read “commendable”
3. Bring back the fake Josephs. You seemed to have enjoyed that a bunch.
You started with the multiple names before anything was done to you. This is our site and we will still choose to accept or reject posts as we see fit. You have lost your Chezkas Kashrus with these games. So understand why we wont post your random quotes of selected Rabbonim which can’t be verified or why we occasionally feel the need to just ignore you.

Bed-StuyParticipantYou can’t ever edit a new thread (the OP). Only a mod can.
Bed-StuyParticipantWhat’s new in Hamodia since the price change?
Bed-StuyParticipantChildren don’t drive.
Bed-StuyParticipantsqueaky: You most certainly have been wrong. You once misidentified a poster who listed himself being in Lakewood (hameivin yovin) as being an alter ego. I can fwd you the msg if you wish.
Mid2: They’re the ones in limbo land, lol.

1. Why don’t you go out and prove our mistakes the way you always shift the burden of proof onto the one you are debating?
2. Our percentage of outing you versus the false positives is well over 90%, Shame your only defense is pointing out the less than 10%
3. On the positive side, we thank you for only using 1 screen name this past week. Granted you had to create a new one for some odd reason, but it seems like the therapy sessions you so strongly needed are beginning to pay dividends.
Bed-StuyParticipantI’m glad they’ve admitted re: RuffRuff, which I pointed out above and they denied. And they were moida their mistake re: realbrisker and DaveHirsch earlier:
Now we’ll just have to see about a mea cupla on others. Jose is another of their many mistakes. Or maybe the emes doesn’t matter after all.
Does emes matter to you?
Does your usage of multiple screennames constitute emes?
Or is emes only a requirement of others and not you?
Bed-StuyParticipantDerech: In Williamsburg and other places in America they have the same minhug as in E”Y.
Bed-StuyParticipantEvery teshuva in Igros Moshe is written to someone with specific circumstances. The fact that the teshuva coincidentally was written to a Yeshiva does not limit is applicability to a Yeshiva.
Bed-StuyParticipantapy: I’m glad you agree Hershey’s Choclate is NEVER a bshas hadchak. Now that you’ve gotten that far, purchase an Igros Moshe. It says CS in general is only allowed, even for a non-Baal Nefesh, bshas hadchak.
Bed-StuyParticipantRav Moshe’s psak is in the Igros Moshe and is in general that CS is only to be used bshas hadchak.
Bed-StuyParticipantIf you don’t want negative comments, you shouldn’t have been negative about this lady.
Bed-StuyParticipantAvram, that would take out all the fun.
Bed-StuyParticipantMDG: Just because some people do the wrong thing, doesn’t make it into a minhug.
Bed-StuyParticipantWolf: Indeed. Some people don’t agree with me that keeping Shabbos is mandatory either. (No relation to the birthday issue though.)
Bed-StuyParticipantyitay – I mentioned above a talis is worn by some prior to marriage.
Bed-StuyParticipantAnim Zemiros is sung in some Chareidi shuls.

Grandparents and Great-Grandparents can have the same last name.
January 20, 2011 4:35 pm at 4:35 pm in reply to: tznius to wear skirts that just hit the knee or are above the knee? #730971Bed-StuyParticipantYou don’t seem to complain every time its repeated over again that one should be nice or not steal, both of which tznius is as important.
Bed-StuyParticipantSee: http://www.theyeshivaworld.com/coffeeroom/topic/why-are-you-blocking-my-posts#post-9054
And this thread: http://www.theyeshivaworld.com/coffeeroom/topic/science-discovers-tznius-1

So what was called hot air above by a mod, is the same thing that happened to others (not myself) years ago here in the CR.
1. You used a known proxy, not a shared IP.
2. You were not on YeshivaNet
3. You also have been making the same comments under different names in the CR and or comments section on the news site.
4. Why the heck do you need to create a new screen name to argue that you are being unfairly targeted and unfairly accused of using multiple screen names?
This is as about as dumb as the guy who was accused of stealing money from vending machines who paid his $500 bail in quarters.
Bed-StuyParticipantIOW, birthday celebrations are distinctly a non-Jewish concept.
January 20, 2011 4:01 pm at 4:01 pm in reply to: tznius to wear skirts that just hit the knee or are above the knee? #730966Bed-StuyParticipantI find it ironic even though there hasn’t been an active tznius thread in 6 months, as soon as the subject of ensuring tznius comes up we have the old choir singing not again.
Bed-StuyParticipant“When it costs twice as much and spoils twice as fast, I consider it a shas hadchak.”
What a shad hadchak is, is not a matter of personal opinion. And eating Hershey’s chocolate is never a shas hadchak.
Bed-StuyParticipantA Talis is a mitzvah; not a status symbol for marriage.
Bed-StuyParticipantCan we make this thread sticky? It’s fun being famous and the most talked about.
Bed-StuyParticipantYekkes and Sefardim wear a talis from their Bar Mitzvah.
Bed-StuyParticipantOnce a man starts wearing a talis, he can no longer stop that minhug even if he C”V gets divorced.
Once a woman gets married, she must always cover her hair, even if she C”V gets divorced.
Bed-StuyParticipantWhy not be dan lkaf zchus that Chayav’s Bubby sometimes posts under his screenname.
Bed-StuyParticipantA bochur once asked Rav Moshe if he thinks he should marry this wonderful girl whose only chisoron is that she’s too tall. So Rav Moshe suggested asking his Rebbitzin. Rebbetzin Feinstein came over, Rav Moshe stood up for her, and she was towering over Rav Moshe as he asked her if this has been a problem.
Bed-StuyParticipantJust as if a soldier refuses to wear his uniform, he will soon no longer be a soldier; and if a Belzer Chosid starts wearing a kipa sruga and shorts, he probably will no longer be considered a Belzer Chosid; so too if a Chareidi starts wearing jeans casually every day, it may cause him to no longer be considered a Chareidi.
Bed-StuyParticipantEven when Rav Moshe said you can use CS, he wrote that a Baal Nefesh is machmir. Who doesn’t want to be a baal nefesh? (Rav Moshe also wrote to that even a non-Baal Nefesh should only use CS bshas hadchak.)

How is it that nowadays I see very frum women wearing short skirts that do not cover their knees or are “just, just” and if they sit down it goes way to high exposing too much?
Clearly these are not very frum women. Au contraire.
Bed-StuyParticipantAvram in MD,

bpt – keep logging in as “BP Totty” and your posts will all show up as “bpt” (including all your old ones over your many years of ywn posting…)
How do you know?
Joseph knows the coffee room like you know your bedroom. If you need to enter via a back door, he’s your man. (And if you ever forget your ss#, give him a holler.) BTW, in the past you’ve indiscriminately addressed innocent people by his name.
Bed-StuyParticipantthinking – he overreacted. Even if he was correct, it would have at worst been breach of contract, not what he alleged. The libel caused the customer to cancel his credit card though.
Bed-StuyParticipantAre these automated recordings, like I’m getting?
BTW, charity org’s are exempt from the Do Not Call Registry.
Bed-StuyParticipantHmm, now that Well Informed Yid and BP Totty humbly admitted they don’t represent all such folks, perhaps I too should stop claiming representation of all the good folks in Bedford-Stuyvesant…
Bed-StuyParticipantbpt – keep logging in as “BP Totty” and your posts will all show up as “bpt” (including all your old ones over your many years of ywn posting…)
Bed-StuyParticipantHow about wearing sandals every day with a Rock N’ Roll T-Shirt?
Bed-StuyParticipantBreach of contract of contract (generally) does not fall

Sorry, but our Auto-Joseph detector seems to be malfunctioning. Rather than deleting the entire post, it seems to have deleted random words. We hope to fix this as soon as we have nothing else of importance to do. In the meantime, due realize that all Joseph posts have been altered from how he originally submitted them
Bed-StuyParticipantI like the turn down at least.
I’m out again

Bed-StuyParticipantHaleiVi, Jose, Ruff Ruff, etc./a host of other names that have been labeled/blocked for allegedly being joseph are in fact not him and have nothing to do with him. Doesn’t seem though the facts matter in that case as the block remains. We should label everyone in the CR as either joseph or not-joseph and see which side has more…
Thank you Joseph for that comment. We can now turn down the heat in here after your wonderful contribution of hot air
Bed-StuyParticipanttheObvious: Her husband probably helped her with her regents preparation.
Bed-StuyParticipantFlatbush Dude: Pask Akum
Bed-StuyParticipantThe problem with moving out of the NY Metro Area is that salaries are generally far lower in other frum communities (as a general rule.)
Bed-StuyParticipantpopa, If G-d forbid someones brother did that, not only would the relationship not withstand it, the family would be sitting shiva for him.
Bed-StuyParticipantpopa, if G-d forbid one of those friends converted to a different religion, your friendship would withstand it?
