skip the honey, & brown sugar-we have a community kiddish every week and everyone felt those ingredients did nothing but offset the spicy stuff we put in!!! enjoy!!!

in our non-sefardi chulent to spice it up we use chayon, curry, chilly powder, lots of fresh garlic, ketchup, soy sauce-to get it brown!!!

yoshi i’m on with you, that ”runner high” does exsist! if i had more time i would do run for longer, but i do have a job! while i’m talkin about my workout, i swim twice a week. swimming is my favorite thing ever to do!!

as a child, i was once standing close to a smoker on yom tov when he got a ”light” coming out of shul. while he lifted his hand,to put the cigarette in his mouth, he swiped my right eye with the lite cigarette,leaving me in excruciating pain. i had 2 surgeries & almost lost my site in my right eye! yeah smoking is extremly harmfull to the smoker, but think of others too(in regard to second hand smoking as well)!!!
i’m a runner & didn’t think that many jews out there are!!! i run an hour & a half in the morning daily!!! thnx yoshi for the thread, great idea!!! there’s a great place where i do my run here where i live in ireland!!! i always had a dream of doing marathons but just never happened!!!

very true that going at a young age was the issue for me then! yeah i know many do love & enjoy the experience, but that wasn’t the case for me. for most they love it, but i was just stating my individual experience.
