Ashreinu: well i run for 1 & a 1/2 hours daily usually, had some time to kill b4 work, was up for a challenge yesterday as well!!
i got my start in running, cause i was always a fast runner in sports & stuff. i decided to try running & loved it ever since!!! i started running for a half hour & built up from there!!! i’ve never been a person to track my mileage while running, just like i never count my swimming laps while swimming!!(i’m a champion swimmer too!!) to me it was really how long i could run or swim for!!!

i would have to say i too love chocolate chip cookie dough!!! but my all time fav is chulent!!! we could have it thursday night for supper, friday for lunch & midnight snack, shobbos day for lunch & lastly sunday as leftovers!!! on thursdat night we get it from the takeout place!!!!!

i’ve been running for the past 3 years!!! yesterday was the first time i tried running for 2 straight hours!!! i felt kinda sore today after that run, so i only ran my usual hour & a half today!!!
have any of you runners ever experienced any injuries running?? i had some ankle problems a year ago, but b”h doin great now!!!1

glad to report today i had some spare time & ran for 2 full hours!!!!! ahhhhh pure bliss, cleared my head & had the best ”runner high” ever!!!!!!!
