sounds like what they said about me when i left for sem. now that I am back they say they have to see who I’m going to marry to be able to tell what I’m really all about….He can range from a lawyer to a masmid with huge peyos…LOL just joking
but you learnt the whole year right? he got away with that… I find that boys are able to make up all the work and pass the regent with just reading some barrons books while us girls work all year for it… are you really much smarter than us? oh well

9th grade… in a local school I am happy for him that after a whole day of working hard in the morning he got to relax during English. I am sure he will pass the regents but just found it funny….

i think they are making a bigger deal about this than they should be. Is a newspaper not allowed to have standards? and how did the media find out about this all together?
bpt- I remember you once mentioning that ppl told you that if you dont be careful your kids are going to end up chassidish or something like that….am i remembering correctly? so what chassidus are they going to follow?
i show my parents that i appreciate them by telling it to them and by thanking them for everything in my actions too- I try to pitch in and do anything for my parents that i can or that i know they will have to do if i dont.

I am not sure how the english really works but I know that my brother is having regents now and the school got some teacher to come in and teach them everything that they have to know for the regents. so the whole year was wasted? i dont think he learnt one thing the entire year….
I love BP but live too close to actually go there for vacation. enjoy it! I love that you can just walk outside at any time of the day or night and get something to eat/drink or someone to talk to…

My father was allowed to come to my HS graduation but he did not. I did not need him there….I got my present and hug when I came home and that was enough for me. It was so boring for me to sit through, why would I make him sit there also?

I find the kitchen aide to be heavy and hard to lug around. I have a bosch for baking and love that too.
I think you are normal and just like things neat which makes a lot of sense. I am the same way. I cannot go to bed if the house is a mess or if I notice that the floor needs to be swept but Im not OCD I just like clean things.

I think the one thing I did not do right was that I didn’t attach myself to any teachers in HS or sem and came home with lots and lots of friends but no teachers to talk to when the going gets rough….

I think that if the kids mother is lighting for them, the step-mother does not but if the mother is no longer alive then i think should would. check with your rav though as i am clearly not one! lol
