May 13, 2011 3:13 pm at 3:13 pm in reply to: Firestorm After Der Zeitung Deletes Hillary Clinton from Iconic Photo #1052771adorableParticipantits funny that you stressed the part about to the right…. isnt it interesting how we dont mind when ppl are less frum than us but when they are more frum we say they are extreme… not pointing any fingers at your post just interesting that you caps for RIGHT
adorableParticipantCan I wish you all good shabbos even though i still plan on staying here for another little while… i guess i can post another good shabbos post then…. so for all of you who are leaving already…relax!
adorableParticipantHaL- can you please explain what you mean?
adorableParticipant1day- true statement for everything in life… thank you for the chizuk I can use it now…
adorableParticipantI came to a decision- I like the day coffeeroom much better…. thank you mods for everything
MOd42- nice to see you are still around…..
adorableParticipantoh well good night guys it was nice to see what the “night” coffeeroom is like…
adorableParticipantwhatever you do, it should be easy and you should have clarity
adorableParticipantbeliever- um I have a job and have to be there to answer the calls but if there are no calls then there is time for all of you here…..
adorableParticipantok? we good?
adorableParticipanti dont think hashem will punish them just they are ruining it for themself!
adorableParticipantpacman- i actually agree with your post for a change
could not have said it better myself. take it from me- every guy you meet takes a part of your heart with him
adorableParticipanti think you failed but we love your posts so…
adorableParticipantI think that as long as the person is sensible it would not count like you are pushing your zivug away but again how can i know…. Just a thought that gave me chizuk
May 13, 2011 4:49 am at 4:49 am in reply to: Firestorm After Der Zeitung Deletes Hillary Clinton from Iconic Photo #1052766adorableParticipantDY- I am shocked that this thread is still here. Guys are you normal at all? just forget it already….the newspaper is already recycled and made into tissues!
adorableParticipanti think most cases where the child lives at home and the parents understand the child….i think parents can usually see the larger picture than the child. we might just want to get married already and be blinded but they dont want us just married to anyone- they want us married to the right one who we will be happy with forever not just a few days….but it really depends as you said
adorableParticipanti dont think that would be the case but if you are really desperate to know I can find out…but who would let someone else have the final word on who they are marrying. Unless you are chassidish and then we have something else to talk about all together
adorableParticipantgumball- you are a typical teen…cant stay out of trouble!
adorableParticipantmods can do everything.
mods are very powerful
some use their power more than others
try to stay on their good side-its not good if you dont…..
And dont forget mods are born into mod families so its a privelege that they were born with and a lifes mission that they have to accomplish
adorableParticipantyossi- great post. I think you are one of the only ones who took this post seriously…LOL
I heard that someone asked about a guy if his GPS in his car is set to a girl or a boy talking…. I mean that is a new level….I think it goes with the Shmeels milk
adorableParticipantit happens to me all the time. Try to remember the horrible, ampty feeling that you felt last time you did it and you felt so bad about it (hopefully). And just rem that everything is recorded up there….
adorableParticipantI once heard something that gave me great chizuk (I think by R’ Matisyahu Salomon) he said that there are times when ppl are nervous that their parents are being too picky and pushing away their bashert. What should they do now? they should just know that its not possible for someone else to push away your bashert. you are the only one who has that power. meaning if you say no because of some dumb reason then you might be pushing your bashert but if your parents say no before it gets to you then its not meant for oyu
adorableParticipantaries- thank you for the sound advice I think that makes sense. I know that she reads Garden of Emunah but I think it is bound to be a hard decision for her because its still raw pain. My heart hurts for her and I just hope she can keep to her decision.
adorableParticipantBPG- did this thread help you at all? has your husband come to change his mind in any way
adorableParticipantpacman- which person are you talking about?
adorableParticipantmrsbrite- thank you for that chizuk! you should be blessed
adorableParticipantI must admit that I did antagonize you with my story on the dear niece thread….it sounds interesting but its not its just plain old sad
adorableParticipanti am sitting here with the door open to my office- stunning day outside but lots of pollen
adorableParticipantZK- no bitterness just wondering what he has against me…
adorableParticipantuse your imagination- some of you here have very wild ones…. cant get into it to much but a guy that she used to be close to us out of her life- her choice- she knew it was wrong and wants to move up in life but its still killing her. she misses him like nuts and its just so hard. I dont want her to go back to him so have to give her the support she needs
adorableParticipantthere really is no way out….umless you choose to just live with “natural” (translate to horrible) eyebrows….its just a question of bad, worse, or the worst!
adorableParticipanti think these things are partially genetic
adorableParticipantpac-man so let those feelings come thru. dont be sharp with me…
adorableParticipantyou seem to think that i need the last word and that my head is screwed on wrong…might be the case but no thanks to your nasty comments….
adorableParticipantyou should rename this thread the place for men and women to argue…. that would work
adorableParticipantdo they inconvenience themselves for the sake of helping others all the time or do they know how to say no when they have to.
adorableParticipantdouble- I am wondering which mod let your comment get by….I remember hearing from some gadol (dont remember who but you can help me out) that as long as two ppl have good middos they can get married- you have to be willing to work on yourself and your marriage.
adorableParticipantthe question is why you want her so badly and why her family does not want you. where does she stand?
adorableParticipantpac- i want you to have the last word that is why i did not respond to your post for a couple of days. you seem to love beating me up is that something personal that you have against me?
adorableParticipanti have very thin dark brown hair…how many times is that usually. I think light hair takes longer but not sure is that true?
adorableParticipanthow badly does it hurt? I was thinking about doing it but have a very very low tolerance for pain. is electrolysis better?
adorableParticipantI know a women who got married at the ripe old age of 25! She told me that those were the best years of her life but the only thing that dampened it was that she was so worried about who she would marry…. so lets try and enjoy this time even though it is very tough!
adorableParticipantjust daven daven and daven some more. Were all in it together….
May 11, 2011 5:55 pm at 5:55 pm in reply to: Signs in BP regarding Tznius (Skirts that fall 4" below the knee). #767670adorableParticipantposter- you gave me chizuk! thank you so much for being so honest about not being so careful anymore…I have the same issue
adorableParticipanthlm- it is easier but too painful for me. I still wax my eyebrows because those are not that bad but would rather tweeze…. whatever
May 10, 2011 10:05 pm at 10:05 pm in reply to: Signs in BP regarding Tznius (Skirts that fall 4" below the knee). #767644adorableParticipantI dont think ppl would do that? what are they proving and to who?
adorableParticipantI would tweeze over wax anytime.
May 10, 2011 9:02 pm at 9:02 pm in reply to: Signs in BP regarding Tznius (Skirts that fall 4" below the knee). #767641adorableParticipantI remember seeing a sign in a clothing store in BP once when I was shopping and thought it was beautiful but never saw one on the street. But I dont live there so….
