a maminParticipantI’ve found in the past many posts for different tragedies. Was wondering why this one was different in the eyes of the coffee room viewers…..I have my suspicions… but lets not go there.
a maminParticipantThis is so sad to read that one can live in Eretz Yisroel and feel that the community is not accepting?? WOW: I have you in my thought always…
a maminParticipantOh Shreck: Thank you for your kind words…. I think it is the shock and sorrow that keeps creeping in my thoughts…It definitely warrants our introspection at this point…People say you don’t know what you have until its gone. Truth is you knew what you had, you just never thought you’d lose it. So I am trying to appreciate each moment…
a maminParticipantwow: You will, yeshias Hashem keherif ayin!
a maminParticipantwow: Hashem should please give you the koach to withstand…….. until the light at the end of this long tunnel appears.

a maminParticipantI find the mods are working at a great speed, much better than it used to be.
Thank you!

Speak with Rabbi Wallerstein, speak to other Rabbonim that are involved in the Klal, don’t take my word for it!Why are you so in denial?

February 21, 2013 2:44 pm at 2:44 pm in reply to: Facebook Is To Blame For Rising Orthodox Jewish Divorce Rate? #935175a maminParticipantmorahrach, what you say is pure apikorsis! Are you really in chinuch? If so, we’re in trouble!! You are blaming restrictions of our holy Torah as excuses for infidelity??I think you should listen to what Rabbi Wallerstein says about social media.
a maminParticipantpopa: Give me a break, they are not only tarud in food! Haifa girl I would love to enlighten you , but not on this website, sorry…..
you have to realize I’ve been following this thread for quite a while without commenting, even though I was ready to explode.Baruch Hashem there aren’t any real chassidim on here who can explain the real motives behind it…You are reading a one sided opinion mainly from observers that have no idea what chassidism is all about.
a maminParticipanthaifa girl: any mitzva tantz you’ve seen on you tube aint the real thing…… pity all of you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about! You talk about tznius? What about the mixed shmorgs at all the litvishe weddings lets start there!

When I renewed a policy they automatically put on 2 married sons not living with us. They asked me to send them copies of their registration and car insurance to get them off our policy.

a maminParticipantmake and break it extreme.
a maminParticipantwow,I will tell you once again, I pray for you and your son, may you see the light at the end of this long tunnel bekuriv!!
a maminParticipantWOW : I still don’t appreciate bashing an entire community. It happens to be I am not Satmer , but my cousins that are, are more accepting of “off the derech” fellow Yiden then a lot of my other family members,. They have no issue with inviting them for Shabbos to their” closed” community of Monroe. They are not embarrassed to take them with them to shule or to have them at their simchas, which I can’t say for others. They are definitely mekariv other Yiden and for that alone I take offense from the comments made on this site, which are to much of generalizations. Finalizing, my cousins are NOT exceptions, they are the norm. The rest aren’t!
a maminParticipantAries: I don’t want to go off topic here, but I will say I think it’s sad that you are condoning an entire community because of what you believe happened with Weberman. That person that Morah Rach is talking about must have had many more issues than just with the satmer community or school. It’s very easy to look where to shift the blame when someone goes off the derech but there is a lot more of the picture to look at.It has a lot to do with the person itself, their strengths and weaknesses thereof.
a maminParticipantElanit for hair 718 686 9700
What is your price range? How many people? Dawn for makeup is really the best. She only comes for a minimum of 5 people. I think like $650.
January 21, 2013 8:59 pm at 8:59 pm in reply to: what chassidic movements don't require you to grow a beard? #921403a maminParticipantI think we should start calling ZD Rabbi ZD!
a maminParticipantAries: I am VERY disappointed in your bashing of Satmer in that particular situation. You are only hearing one persons point of view. I thought you were smarter than that and had the understanding to look at the total picture. By you stating Satmer is not the Torah point of view, You really went off the edge. Many people have questions and the fact that his went unanswered had nothing to do with Satmer per say, only his individual family.
a maminParticipantelanit is the best for hair. She has a shop on 13 Ave. Mazel Tov!!
a maminParticipant147: you should go try getting near the BQE tonight and tell us how many chasidim, he has.
January 17, 2013 6:19 pm at 6:19 pm in reply to: Some notes about what it means to be truly poor… #1001102a maminParticipantFert:: I find it somewhat funny that you can be SO RUDE and INSENSITIVE to someones matzav!! YOU should never need to come onto someone elses tovos!
a maminParticipantBaal HaBooze: Thank you for reminding us…. Lechaim, Lechaim!!
a maminParticipantWhy do you people even bother with ZD? Can’t you see his TRUE colors??
a maminParticipantZD: Nor should you write in most threads!
a maminParticipantZD: The point was made. IT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS WHAT HE FLIES! You don’t have to contribute, and believe me they wouldn’t come to you for money. They don’t need your money or opinion for that matter.I couldn’t care less if he flies economy or business class.
a maminParticipantZD: How much money have you ever given Satmer?
a maminParticipantwrite or wrong: I was praying to hear some good news, and hoping the new school would be a shinui letova! I pray that you should begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel……
a maminParticipantWrite or wrong: We haven’t heard from you lately. How are you doing?

a maminParticipantI have a relative that should’ve been approved right away and wasn’t. They needed to appeal and hire outside help to finally get approved. It took a year!! The point of me telling you this, is to make sure you appeal if you aren’t approved the first time around. Hatzlocha!
January 2, 2013 3:33 am at 3:33 am in reply to: Help! Have Gallstones; Can I Avoid Gallbladder Removal?? #925587a maminParticipantThey can not be controlled with a diet.I tried that when I was diagnosed with 2 gall stones. After 8 months of a strict diet, I removed my gall bladder, which was full of stones. My advice is to remove it. It can cause a lot of heartache, and other problems like pancreatitis.
a maminParticipantHatzlucha Furniture in Williamsburg has great prices on bunk beds.
a maminParticipantZD:you are so off, as far off as you can get!! Don’t tell me you actually believe that someone can’t make ends meet because of their so called ” chumros” in choices of food?? Your arrogance…….
If there’s one thing that really gets me mad is when someone is in need, and all people want to give him is eitzas. Open your heart and your wallet, if you choose not to, keep your ideas to yourself as well.
a maminParticipantTell me ZD: you ever go on vacation? If yes, I think you should cut down. You ever go bowling or any other recreation? I think you should cut down. As much as this is my business, is as much as what someone else chooses to eat or purchase is your business.Get real….
a maminParticipantamen!
a maminParticipantWIY: I’m with you on this one!!
