Q1, So if Yaakov is alive, even though we cant understand in what way, how does it help the discussion here about Chabad? Q2, Where does Chabad get the idea LR can be alive? Q3, What source do they have that its even possible in our days? Q4, What source is there for LR specifically?Ok lets go with the Rashi pshat and say that Yaakov lo meis. Q1, what does it mean, how is it different from being dead? Q2, who is authority enough to say that if Yaakov aveinu can get to lo meis status then we can say the same about the LR? (how do you compare them? what is the source to have such a comparison?)

Yes I love buying used/pre-owned phones and laptops because i get a new model at cheap price. Never had serious problems with them.
Why does it need to be certified? Just like any used phone you buy you should be aware that some parts will break faster than if it was a new phone. I was fine with it and I’ll happily replace my phone every 2-3 years to the newest pre-owned model.

Nothing personal but here is how i understand it…
The difference with compressor and going into BM is that if you time your fridge compressor during the week you will learn a pattern and exactly how many seconds it takes for it to go on. So just because you are lazy and dont count those seconds on shabbos doesnt mean that there is no psik reisha at a certain time.
If i stand next to your fridge and i count out the seconds and i tell you if you open the door now even for 1 second the compressor will go on, would you still open it? So is lack of knowledge a valid excuse?Are sure it still exists? I was passing by this past sunday mid of the day and it seemed closed and no awning sign. (unless i just forgot where it should be)

Next time you wash consider the side of your hand that’s along your pinky finger. Most people dont even attempt to put water there but assume that enough water will flow there from the other parts of the hand.

2) All kollel/beis medrash programs to teach practical business halachos.

4) Decree for all the boys and girls to start shidduch dating at the same age. Don’t have to force the people just tell the organizations to encourage it.
5) Create many type of job courses (separate men/ladies hours) and without prerequisites. Also, it should be free to attend but only have to pay for it after you find a job.
6) Free gym with free trainers and free diet counselors for anyone who wants to attend it but you would have to pay for it if you slack off. (With monthly contracts not life contracts.)
7) Create and uphold Takonos for Simchas and maybe also for apparel / sheitals / cars / carriages…etc.
8) Free Netspark type of internet filter for your mobile and home that is paid by replacing goish internet ads with yiddish ones. Once we get a hold of data showing what percentage of couples in our community marry someone their age, what % marry older by 1yr, what % by 2 yrs and so on then we can get a better idea about the age gap.
So i was thinking maybe we can ask for this info from onlysimchas. Or we can simply crawl their site for this data.

Because Hashem is Perfect, HE is just, HE is generous and HE knows what’s best for us. So by definition everything he tell us to do has to be beneficial for us and for HIM.
We have to realize that we are ONE with Hashem so the mitzvahs aren’t just for HIS benefit it’s for ours as well.
Doing mitzvah is beneficial for us (sachar) in this world even if the reward (pras) will only come to us in the next world.

What you do realize and feel good about is that you are being obedient and making your parents happy. And you know that your parents told you to do it for your own good and that’s why you keep doing it.
