BTW do married women wear Tefillin shel Rosh over their wig? or are they allowed to temporarily remove their wig to place Tefillin directly on their head?

Meanwhile we should be giving Rav Chaim Kanievsky shlita some breathing space as he is just emerging from having commemorated 3rd Johrzeit of his beloved Rebbetzen, this past Shabbos:- Shelishi Shel Sukkos.

Patur Aval Assur doesn’t have a clue what s/he is talking about. 1)Anyone who is in Issur of Chometz is in obligation to consume Matzo on Seder nite, hence women must also consume Matzo on Seder nite. 2) Anyone who must abstain from Melocho on Schabbos, must perform Kiddush, hence women must also perform Kiddush. 3) Getting to the current issue:- Anyone who must abstain from consumption on Y’K must consume on Erev Y’K, hence women also have a special Mitzwo to consume on Erev Y’K.

Gemar Tov is Roshei Teivos of “Get” but literally means “Good Riddance” which is probably what you are wishing your ex right now; As for everyone else:- Wish them Gemar Chassimo Tovo.

If you were truly grieving over not being with your ex, why would you have divorced her?

Mazol Tov to any & all Jewish Boys who were born on 9/11, who have just become Bar-Mitzwah this evening.

& wishing “Ad Bi’as haGo’el” to all those observing 13th Johrzeit tonite of loved ones who perished @WTC and on Flight 93 and @Pentagon.

This unspeakable tragedy is just as fresh on my mind tonite as it was, as I was witnessing the 2nd aeroplane crash in WTC2 {not on TV which I don’t watch nor posses thank goodness} but the real thing. i.e. I knew of this tragedy before President Bush knew about it.

I recently was at Flight 93 Memorial in Shanksville PA, and it alos left a profound mark on me, having visited this sight.

Procure for him a white suit at Portabella Clothing stores. It will work just fine as far as Kabbalistic issues of white & not black clothing for Shabbos goes.

Based on Kabboloh:- No-one should be wearing black on Shabbos, as this is connected to Saturn>>Saturday which is a black Avodo Zoro, which according to Kabbolo will end up sending one to Gehinnom for wearing black on Saturday. …. If anything, one should Davka wear 4 white items on Shabbos {to do with letters in haShem’s Yud-Kay-Vov-Kay Name}. Other than these 4 white items, any color other than black is fine for the rest of one’s Shabbos attire.

Hence this problem of black clothing wouldn’t apply to a weekday Yom Tov.

Irrespective of whether or not it is a Mitzwah to give a Get even if man wishes marriage to remain effective and get back together, Nothing changes the Father’s obligation of Talmud Toroh and veHigadto leVincho on Seder nite, towards his children. To this end, if any mother ever withholds parenting time for the father, she is definitely causing Toroh obligations on the father to be non-observed.

So much so, that in Jewish Law, when a Boy reaches age 6, the Father gets custody of his son, to teach his son, Toroh. Until such time as a Beth Din follows this Halocho, why should they be forcing Father to give Het to Mother, but ignoring Toroh laws of teaching Toro to his son?

In many cases this is the only leverage the father has, to get his parenting time, to teach his children Toroh, so he should absolutely utilize this leverage of withholding Get to counteract the Limud Toroh to his son that the mother is withholding from the father.

The month of 9 I assume that you DaMoshe slipped up & meant to say the month of the Jewish 9/11, since Ov is the 11th month counting from Tishri {Not factoring in the extra Leap Adar}, so by definition, the 9th day of the 11th month, means the Jewish 9/11 [A.K.A. Tisho b’Ov]. …. If this what you DaMohse meant is worrying you, we then surely all well understand your concerns.

World War 1 commenced in various stages, some having been before that Tisho b’Ov and some after that Tisho b’Ov.
