For most regular Misnagdos girls, it shall be ffar too serious of a cultural shock not to be able to properly observe Yom ha’Atzmaut & Yom Yerusholayim, or how have a husband not observing Tefillin for a n entire week of Pessach & Sukkos

President Donald Trump did exactly what he was supposed to do last nite, and was brilliant.
The other 2 creatures were despicable.
President Donald Trump said what was so necessary, since the liberal media miserably fails to so.
Biden lied through his teeth last nite, especially about hi son & Ukraine, amongst other numerous lies, and liars are not fit to be in the Oval Office:- Period!!

Haimy:- Somehow you managed to forgot to mention Soncino which has been around for Gemoro since 1938, and is very good for Daf-Yomi, because:- 1) Despite whatever issues about authenticity of Soncino notes on Nach, yet by Gemoroh, Soncino notes are authentic; 2) With lightning speed that Daf-Yomi moves along, Artscroll notes are too cumbersome whereas Soncino notes, and Steinsaltz notes for that matter, are of durable length.

Children who are in regular & good contact with both parents shall do fine. On the other hand, if they are estranged from either parent, they shall end up being estranged from finding a marriage partner. These 2 facts [really 1 fact from both ends of the spectrum] is just the way it is.

The response to you rational is, that on legal holidays there is a plethora of Shiurim & Torah learning, and hence thanks to these legal holidays, there is an upsurge in amount of Torah study transpiring on these days, hence:- so apropos for יום-המיוחס; Same apply to Britons this year, albeit Canadians had to work on יום-המיוחס.

B’H we reopened at crack of dawn yesterday Thursday, and were emailed instructions from our Shul literally moments after NYS Governor’s announcement on Wednesday.
To just be clear:- Nothing could be more important this שבועות than having Shuls up & running again. This alone is even more important, than cheese cake, flowers overnite learning, haircut from a shuttered barber, all combined, still less significant, than B’H having Shuls back up & running this שבועות.

In simple terms, they have no money to pay refunds, even if logically the are not providing the services parents have paid for. Does the previously paid money at that point in time, change from being “Tuition” to being “Charity” & then become eligible for being part of מעשר? and for being tax-deductible?

Bernie Sanders is going to secure the Democrat Nomination [Please bear in mind, that the rage against the Democrats for having stolen the nomination from Bernie to Hillary 4 years ago, is so palpable, is a huge factor in Bernie’s leading the pack], and it shall be laughing stock watching Bernie & President Donald Trump thrice at the debates, but thereafter, President Donald Trump is going to win handsomely.

Become Israeli and observe 1 day Yom Tov, so instead of Shabbos being Shemini Shel Pesach, it is Shabbos Shemini, and have a Heathen friend give you Chometz on Shabbos.

As far as naming, since he was born on very 1st day of Pesach, either name him “Gamliel” who is so famous for the 3 items that must be mentioned on Seder nite, or “Eliyohu” after the other star guest whose Kos Eliyohu awaits him.

Talking about milking Matzo coffee, i.e. pouring boiling coffee onto Matzo with sugar added, please bear in mind on 1st day Pessach this year, also being the Holy Shabbos this year, that if pouring boiling coffee onto the Matzo, or adding Matzo to the soup, that this must be into a Keli Shelishi, to avoid potential “Bishul Acharei Affiyo” issues which could constitute a violation of the 4th of the 10 commandments.

I continue to Admire President Trump, and shall once again vote for him both at the Primaries & election 2020, as I am so glad I did during 2016.

In the same light, I strongly believe that the Israeli police should back off, and leave PM Netanyohu alone, so he can continue his wonderful work as Prime Minister.

Rav Hamburg from Moreshes Ashkenaz holds that even in Israel one should continue his Minhog to lay Tefillin on Chol haMoed. In practice, some of the Moreshes Ashkenaz Minjnim in Israel do lay Tefillin, whereas others don’t, because on different Pesakim they have received.

Even Rav Scheinberg held, that someone who used to lay Tefillin, should still lay them in Israel, albeit @home in private.

It’s pushed off to prevent chillul Shabbos. because the Rabbanut haRashi are Tzadikim Gemurim who safeguard Shabbos, unlike some people in Meron who still insist on having celebrations on Motzei Shabbos which invariably leads to desecration of Shabbos R’L, instead of pushing off by 1 day, to prevent Chilul Shabbos.

This year, Shelosho Yemei Hagbolo are a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday:- Many barbers are closed on Sunday, and on Monday Memorial Day. Tuesday Erev Shovu’os, lines shall also be very long. I don’t want to take time off work just for waiting on line for a haircut, nor do I want to loose precious napping time for waiting on line, jeopardizing my awakeness during Shovu’os nite. “In the US, they do it on a Motzei Shabbos since most people will not be affected until Monday (and m/w they have time to get used to it).” For this same reason, in Israel clocks changer on a Friday, so people can recover from time change over Shabbos. Even the secular government knows better, not to change clock on Shabbos when people are resting, to avoid Halachic issues with adjusting clocks on Shabbos itself.
