January 19, 2016 5:06 pm at 5:06 pm #1132901MDGParticipantVisiting my grandparents overseas and getting sick on the plane. I still remember the smell of roasted corn on the cob that the street vendors were selling. I was 2.75 years old. That was decades ago.
January 19, 2016 6:27 pm at 6:27 pm #1132902JosephParticipantShucks, MDG, Mammele now knows that you’re at least 22.75!

He lived with us his final year of life. I can remember seeing my father help dress great grandfather and that he wore long john underwear……
That memory is more than 60 years old…but I won’t tell you how many more years than 60.

January 20, 2016 1:38 pm at 1:38 pm #1132915yaakov doeParticipantBeing told not to touch the mountain and hearing what sounded like thunder. There was then a loud voice coming from up above. I was quite young and didn’t understand the words I heard.
January 20, 2016 3:58 pm at 3:58 pm #1132916streekgeekParticipantRiding in a station wagon (carpooling to playgroup) on the seat facing backwards. The girl sitting next to me vomited all over me. When I got to playgroup I was excited to change in to the clothing I never got to wear (aka the extra set my mother sent in the beginning of the year in case of an accident). I was 2.5 at the time.
January 20, 2016 5:56 pm at 5:56 pm #1132917The QueenParticipantPretending to be sick one day so I can stay home from school to read Mark Twain’s Tom Sawyer.
January 20, 2016 7:51 pm at 7:51 pm #1132918oomisParticipantI recall sleeping on a cot in a room adjacent to my parents’ bedroom.I probably was around three or four. My parents had the only AC in the house, in their room, and there was a second room off theirs, with the wall opened up so it was almost like one huge room, and I remember sleeping in the cot, with my baby sister in the crib next to me. We were only 19 months apart, so it makes sense if she was a year and a half to two years old, that I was three to four-ish. I have a very vivid memory of that time.
January 20, 2016 9:41 pm at 9:41 pm #1132919Little FroggieParticipantMy memories…
..’bout 2 and something, my mom brushing out my hair (ouch, I had a lot)

.. ’bout four, riding in the back of my Zeidy’s farm truck, in a vegetable box
