Something they used to sell on our corner bakery back in the day (ah I feel old now…) when I was growing up called an Ice-Bun. Haven’t seen it anywhere since….
i like both- as long as by “raw” you mean the batter!!!!!! i am a dough/batter type of girl. even in school, when we bake with our students, the teachers in the classes know to give me the extra dough at the end!
