Why are 4 out of 5 Megilos in Kesuvim, and only Yona in Navi?
All 5 megillos are in K’Suvim (Esther, Rus, Koheles, Shir HaShirim, and Eichah), and Yonah is not a megillah.
I think you might be a bit confused. All five megillos are in Kesuvim. They are:
Koheles
Rus
Shir HaShirim
Eicha
Esther.
Yonah is in Navi because, well, Yonah was a prophet and had a prophetic message.

That would be because Yonah isn’t one of the meggilos. They are Eicha, Rus, Shir HaShirim, Koheles, and Esther and are all Kesuvim.

You lost me on this one. Normally there is no Maftir on Shabbos afternoon (except in the event that it is Yom Kippur — and then we lain from Navi, not Kesuvim). In fact, the Haftorah NEVER comes from Kesuvim.

Because 3 out of the 5 Trei Ossor are in the Torah and only Ezra and Nechemiah are in Tehilim.
