I was literally dancing in my kitchen when i found out that they freed Yoel Zev Goltdstien from the harsh japan jail which he sat in for almost 4 years. i felt like…klal yisroel kesh echud b’lev echud.i am sure each one of klal yisroel felt the same way. but did you think into what lesson we can learn??.. well.. hashem runs the world… and the reason this happened we can’t understand. but a small lesson which i learned.. which i’ll share with you..Yoel Zev was the oldest of all 3 boys… apposed to the other 2 he was the hardest case… and hashem..wanted him to come out he was found NOT GUILTY! with his Emunah and Bituchin… he got out!the lesson is… NEVER GIVE UP! even if the situation you are in looks ENDLESS… they could of thought f’sure if they found the other one guilty they will find him guilty as well. but NO! hashem wante d to teach us… he is in control! and even if things look BAD he can turn it to a YESHUAH…. thats the big lesson!! may klal yisroel only hear besurahs tovahs!

Yes, and don’t mess around with customs or border security agents. They’re a lot better at their jobs than it appears.

Don’t carry packages for strangers or even acquaintances. I always offer to mail the packages that people ask me to carry, and that usually stops them from insisting that I carry the package.

He was ACQUITTED. As in NOT GUILTY. Not that we needed a Japanese court to affirm his innocence, but they did. And this is in a country that has a NINETY NINE POINT EIGHT percent (that’s right — 99.8%) conviction rate!!!

not guilty is not the same as innocent.

no, he can be innocent. That’s just not what the court said.

Courts generally don’t declare innocence, Ron. So how do you get there?

Meanwhile he suffered for four years he will never get back. What kind of reparation is the Japanese government going to make to him? Efes.
