is it fair to ask the mods to give u ur stats . isn’t that imposing extra work on them when i imagine they have too much already. btw, how long does it take bteween the time i reply and it gets posted? just curious

What I was trying to ask was, if you get a list of one user at a time or if you moderate a thread at a time, or perhaps first come first serve? I imagine it’s not by thread since you answered my request from this conversation on a different thread.

It is a list of posts. They are ordered oldest first. Sometimes we skip long ones and get back to them later.

Did I write offensive things 5 times, that had to be deleted? 🙁

One was an empty post. Two were deleted threads. One was an outside link. Only one was mildly offensive. It was the joke about the pope and the rabbi.

I’ve been wondering- is there a way to delete our own posts (even while still in the edit stage) or must we make them blank and wait for you mods to delete?

It’s funny that you list 25 deletes. I can only recall 2. Are you counting stuff that came off after it was already posted? Also, other than my suggestion of who to say Tehillim for, I can’t recall writing anything offensive. Is that wrong?

What would be the point of having moderators if every post went through? It’s possible that every post could go through, but you would want moderators just in case.

According to my records, I had a post that I requested to be deleted, and one that was edited for punctuation and capitalization, and one that was edited because it had such a great line that the moderator knew I would decide to make a poster out of it and put it on trees all over BP, and he didn’t want it traced back to YWN.

Okay, go ahead. I’m curious.

Not necessarily your thread. When we delete a thread, all the posts on that thread go into deleted.

WHAT ABOUT ME AND ENAHAKS STATS?

i remember one time i started cursing on about 4 posts in a row, i knew it would be deleated but i was real mad and basically just screaming at the moderator.

i wondered if my account would still be there the next day..

hey i always wonder if ya’ll use open source or whatever that’s called where u can read everything someone did to their posts before they hit enter, like everything they edit and delete and write over etc.. do u have that? if not u should make a call to some techs and upgrade
