I keep hearing this quote, “If someone tells you that there is wisdom among the nations, believe him. But if someone tells you that there is Torah among the nations, do not believe him.” (Or ‘her’, I guess, is implied.) But where is this from? A family member who I do not wish to identify says it’s from Shlomo HaMelech. But I don’t remember seeing it in Mishlei or Koheles. Am I missing something?
