As posted on the home page, (and in my email) The White House responded to the Rubashkin Petition, thereby not allowing us to sign it anymore, and all they said is that they decline to comment??
What kind of answer is that???

keep davening for Sholom Mordechai ben Rivka (i got the same email)its so disheartening after 50,000 people signed it and it gets no comment. just remember its all in Hashems hands

disgusting on their part. period.
At the very least, the large number of signatures should have warranted an acknowledgement that the matter was urgent and some kind of assistance should have been offered, instead of just a rebuff.
