In the new Igros Moshe vol. 9, the teshuva in YD 31 paskens that in a case where the son prefers learning in one Yeshiva but the father states that learning in a different Yeshiva is better, that the son must listen to the father.
Is this how everyone is doing it? (In cases, obviously, where they cannot come to an agreement.)
I know a case where the parents wanted their son to learn in America and go to college, and he wanted to stay in EY for another year, what would R Moshe pasken in that case
