The Boston Red Sox are in the world series as a sign of team unity earlier this season they decided that they would all grow beards each player has an unusual and distinct facial hair style i wonder if you took off the uniform and slapped on a hat and jacked which player would best be able to pass as a 7th year kollel guy?
October 27, 2013 5:47 am at 5:47 am #984645crisisoftheweekMemberWhichever player doesn’t really contribute to the teams success but still collects a paycheck.
October 27, 2013 6:38 am at 6:38 am #984646eclipseMemberOsama Bin Laden looked frum….amazing what a beard can hide.

Go spout your hatred for Torah elsewhere.

Is there proof that having a beard and sitting on the bench somehow contributes to the mazel of the team?
October 29, 2013 1:21 pm at 1:21 pm #984649golferParticipantCrisisotw, stop trying to be cute, and don’t try to fuddle and muddle your original comment into something less than it was:
an expression of bigotry and mockery.
I disagree with WIY, and prefer that you don’t spout your indecent comments anywhere.
October 29, 2013 4:11 pm at 4:11 pm #984650apushatayidParticipantI dont think crisisofhteweek is being any more foolish, or infantile than the one who started this thread.
October 29, 2013 7:28 pm at 7:28 pm #984651☕ DaasYochid ☕ParticipantAPY, Goq was just being cute, not nasty.
October 29, 2013 9:04 pm at 9:04 pm #984652apushatayidParticipantand i believe mr crisis was trying to be funny, not nasty. both swung and missed, by a lot.
October 29, 2013 9:13 pm at 9:13 pm #984653golferParticipantApushata, crisis’ comment was not foolish and infantile. It was classic hate speech.
And the Goq is never foolish or infantile.
So you’re wrong on both counts.
October 31, 2013 11:13 am at 11:13 am #984654TheGoqParticipantway to go beards world series champs!!!!!!
October 31, 2013 12:57 pm at 12:57 pm #984655squeakParticipantMods close down this thread or I’ll report it to the gedoilim.
This specific threat seems to be the way to get results around here. Full disclosure, I plan to copy and paste this threat in every thread (except the popa classics).
lol that was a mistake, but the thread has been reopened.
October 31, 2013 10:25 pm at 10:25 pm #984656squeakParticipantAn open and shut case, eh?
October 31, 2013 10:47 pm at 10:47 pm #984657crisisoftheweekMemberOk fine..I’ll amend my joke
The one that can pass for a yungerman would be the one that…..sits on the bench reading the baseball rule book instead of playing the game, then insists that the owner pay him enough to have a similar lifestyle to the superstars.
Is that more apt?
Oh and then the casual fans insist that the rule book readers are on a higher level then the actual players that play the game day in and day out. Then the next generation of children are raised to believe that reading the rules of the game instead of playing it is the way to go, until there is no one left playing.
October 31, 2013 11:58 pm at 11:58 pm #984658☕ DaasYochid ☕Participant??????? ?? ?
Making it a baseball analogy doesn’t make it any better.
November 1, 2013 3:01 pm at 3:01 pm #984659apushatayidParticipantI cant help it if everyone insists on seeing the neagtive in everything others write. I guess I should keep that in mind going foward and anything I write will be with this understanding.
November 1, 2013 3:29 pm at 3:29 pm #984660☕ DaasYochid ☕ParticipantEveryone? Everything? Some things are blatant and consistent with other posts.
November 1, 2013 3:35 pm at 3:35 pm #984661🐵 ⌨ GamanitParticipantcrisisoftheweek- the only way I know what you’re trying to write a mashal for is from your previous posts. The ones sitting on the bench reading the rule book are the ones following the rule book as well going by your mashal. The ones who think they’re out there playing baseball don’t have the right field, ball or equipment and they’re just doing whatever they want. They aren’t interested in what the rulebook says or what baseball is all about.

When you have a user who constantly makes derogatory comments against a certain group we know that its not a joke.
November 1, 2013 3:56 pm at 3:56 pm #984663apushatayidParticipantI must admit, I am not the baki or mumcha in the coffee room to know the style, temperament or intention of all who write things here that you are. I will defer to your superior knowledge in these matters going forward.
November 1, 2013 4:17 pm at 4:17 pm #984664TheGoqParticipantOh golly gee I just wanted to start what I thought would be a funny thread mods please close this I dont want to be the cause of any machlokes or hurt feelings
