I’m still in midwood (though the area I live is sometimes called boro park, kensington, or flatbush. Yeah don’t we all love border territory)
Zeeskite is right, this is the second if not the third thread on this topic. There is a reason why the search for old threads was made sticky. I know, it is sometimes difficult to get the right search terms and everything, but still please at least try say the first five links to see if that is the thread topic you are looking for before you start one.
That was not aimed at anyone in particular as I find difficulty navigating the search myself

I live in the 2nd Jewish community on Mars, we have 7 shuls (5 of them Chabad) and 3 pizza places. We are looking to start a yeshiva day school.
#42: I still need an apartment. Maybe on Mars they take Section 8 and trust single moms!!
at least they have their priorities straight – 3 pizza places and no yeshiva day school yet. 😉
not Flatbush – lived in flatbush once in my life for 5 months. (though did meet my husband during that time).

eclipse, the lead I gave you didn’t work? I know that there are more houses on the block that are up for rent. I know that there are people on the block that have section 8. I wish I had more leads for you though!

In Flatbush there are driveways and front grass.
in monsey there’s tonz of driveways and lots and lots of grass (and trampolines, and pools, and swing sets….) and not that many people
