This is important for MAP (middle aged people). Middle aged people have a harder time bonding w new people when they move, because theyre not socializing with their little kids’ friends’ parents, on a day to day basis, like they did years ago. They need un-clicky neighborhoods (if they exist), possibly smaller communities. Yet not communities where people who are used to living in Brooklyn, would be miserable in….looking for a balance. Nice homes at reasonable prices, with mass transit and not sky high taxes.
